NEVER AGAIN!!!! We used to be semi-regular customers here at Salvatore Ruffino's but after this experience, we’re DONE. This evening, I called to place an order and explained my request clearly from their own menu. The staff member then put me on hold and, not realizing I could hear, told someone else he couldn’t understand me. He wasn’t even familiar with their own flyer they had mailed out themselves, which made the whole interaction even more frustrating. When I asked what part wasn’t clear, his response was, “Don’t you think you have an accent?” The irony is he had no problem at all understanding me when it came time to take down my credit card details. On top of that, I have lived in the United States for close to 30 years, and I speak clear English. It may not have been the language I was born with, but it is the language I use at home, at work, and everywhere else. In fact, I can’t remember the last time anybody complained; it has been decades. I know the difference between me not being clear and someone simply having a problem with people who speak with accents. This is unacceptable behavior anywhere, but especially in a diverse community like Lehigh County where people of many backgrounds live and work. If you cannot respect or understand customers, then you should have trained staff who can take phone orders without mocking them. To be treated with such disrespect and then hung up on after I canceled my order was offensive and unprofessional. We will never return and will share this experience so others know how this business treats people. I hope they straighten their ways to gain trust again!

This is not Italian bruschetta first off Italian bruschetta is a cold dish the only thing that gets toasted is the bread I don't know how they manage to melt cheese over warm tomatoes and call it bruschetta. The wings I asked for hot and they put a whole bunch of chili flakes on the wings I've never seen hot wings made this way not to mention the pizza they gave seem to be old.

I love everything I've eaten but my favorite he took off the menu but still managed to make it for me everytime I order it. No one knows how to make Cheesesteak specials only Mr Salvatore. Please add it back to the menu God forbid if something happened to him I'm doomed for a cheese steak special. LOL I love you mr. Salvatore for what you do.❤

I love this place! I've ordered delivery from them several times and I'm never disappointed. On one occasion my order got messed up. But I was using an online app and ordering through that. So when I got I checked on the app, and as it turned out it was my mistake ( the online app was very confusing, so I had accidentally clicked on the wrong option on a steak sandwhich I ordered) upon realizing this , I called them and said I was ordering another sandwhich and would come pick it up. I didn't ask for a refund or for a free sandwich because I knew the mistake wasn't theirs but my own. Well they gave me the sandwich for free anyway! That was so nice of them, it wasn't there mistake, it was mine. I have a lot of respect for a business that will do that, even when not prompted. Lesson learned, either call the place yourself or be extra careful ordering on those online apps! Also hands down the best chicken parm from a pizza/Italian restaurant I've had. And they give you a HUGE portion, they definitely don't skimp on quality or quantity! I give this business 5...

Came in here to get a slice and realized that to swipe my card I need to spend atleast 15$ so.... I walked down the street to Wells Fargo to get a 20$. I walked back to Salvatore's I order two slices of plain pizza and got a "A-Treat soda" i politely asked the miserable men that are working behind the counter "excuse me but how long has the 2 slices been sitting there?" The heavier guy replied "if you don't want it don't buy it" I laughed and just decided to share this review with my fellow readers. I ate 1 of the 2 slices and drunk the soda which came out to be the worst 6$ spent of 2017. I will never give this place a nickel. It's such ashame Bc the reputation of the original owner was great but he died and so did his business. The pizza was not good and on top of that the service is trash. I'm kinda disappointed Bc I live so close and will now have to depend on someone else for...
