It's a shame, I used to get food here all of the time because it tastes great. However, I will never order from here again. Out of the last 10 times I ordered a dinner platter here, they forget to include ANY salad dressing with the salad at least 4 of those times. I had to throw away the salad because I had no dressing to put on it. The most recent time, I ordered the lasagna dinner which included a salad (ordered with Caesar dressing) and bread. I also ordered a side of meatballs and a side of sausage. I have always trusted these guys, but no more. First, when I check the receipt, I was charged $30.12. The lasagna should have been $15 and the meatballs and sausage $3.95 each. The total shouldn't have been for no more than $24. What was the extra $6 for???? On top of that they forgot to include my Caesar dressing. So once again I had to throw my salad away AND be charged $6 extra for that. Used to eat here at least once a week, but never again. You lost a...
Read moreIf I could give less than one star I would. I ordered over $30 worth of food which included a Philly cheese steak pizza , chicken Caesar salad and mozzarella sticks. The chicken Caesar salad was pretty inedible, wilted because it was sitting on top of the pizza box. The pizza was cold to the point that which the cheese did not even look melted and had zero flavor. The mozzarella sticks were cold and horrible. I called to complain and the person that answered the phone said they will credit me for next time I order and I said there won’t be a next time and his response was so the credit doesn’t matter. You would think a new restaurant trying to get and keep customers would do more to keep them happy. This place gives the Lorenzo’s in Fountain Hill a bad name. I am warming up the food I just spent all that money on. A word to the wise...., do not waste your money and if you are that hungry eat a bowl of cereal, it will be...
Read moreI liked this pizza place back when it was Pizza Max. The kind Italian man was friendly and he only charged $1.25 for a slice. NOW, it’s Lorenzo’s 2. I came there today as I left the bank and decided to give it a chance. $2.64 for a pepperoni slice!? Insane. It’s robbery, but I paid. Unfortunately, this was not a $2.65 slice. Not only that; my pepperoni slice was just a plain slice with pepperoni added without putting it back into the oven. The previous owner always put the slice back into the oven to ensure you get a fresh pizza slice. This experience was disappointing and I feel bad for the young kids who work there. It’s not their fault. I don’t think the owner is nice either. I could swear I thought he was yelling at his employees earlier when I went there. So go eat pizza somewhere else but here. Even little Caesar’s is better than this...
