Our boss purchased us lunch last Saturday. 3 of our 6 sandwiches were not made correctly. When we called back in the owners son claimed he made them personally and that they were not wrong... he said that person that ordered them placed the wrong order...
EVEN if that were the case, which I do not believe it was. That is terrible customer service to blame the mistake on the customer.
He blamed it on us, then when I asked him if that is really how he treats customer he turned it back on me and said that he has heard how the business we work at treats their customers... how unprofessional....
The owner got on the phone and said that he would not replace anything for us, he said that the next time we order he will give us 1 free sandwich...
Needless to say we will never be ordering from this place again.... We can handle mix ups and mistakes, but not the TERRIBLE customer service skills they presented.
There are many of places in the area, avoid this...

as the property manager of the large complex behind Vesuvios I always refer my tenants to them, however, after today I will refer them to Primos and drive a little further for better service. Ordered the manicotti and received a nice size loaf of bread but only two pats of butter and when I asked for more butter I was told I would have to pay $1 extra... wow! why give all this bread and only 2 small pats of butter. especially to a regular customer.. absurd! oh well they can keep that butter and all their food now. i will drive a little further and get from Primos on Emmaus Ave and will tell all my tenants to go to Primos when they ask for a good pizza shop recommendation.. also didnt even get any eating utensils with my order. This is the 2nd time in a month there seems to be a language barrier, the last time the person I could not communicate with switched me to someone I could speak with. The person claimed because I had my phone on speaker the other person couldn't hear properly. I called tonight , I got the same person I asked for an extra large pie plain and a small ham and cheese calzone well done. The read back was a large pie cheese and small calzone with something else said. It was not understood. I asked him to repeat what he said and he said 15 to 20 minutes and hung up. The food has been good but if I have to stress about my order being correct it might be time to move on to a place that clearly...
