I literally just walked out of the Dunkin on State Street in Alliance Ohio. I went inside because the drive-thru line was very very long and I usually tend to avoid this store because of sanitation issues but today I decided I would give it another chance boy do I regret that decision. While I was waiting for my order I watched a worker who was in her teenage years with red hair and a septum piercing working the blender putting her finger in her nose to play with her septum ring. I was so appalled and disgusted. I could not hold my breath. I told her that she was disgusting and that I saw her picking her nose while she was making somebody's drink. She didn't even bother to deny it her only response was "what"! I guess the only thing I can say here is kudos for not denying your disgusting actions. My advice to anybody and everybody who does not want to have somebody else's nasal fluids and/or any other disgusting debris that might be falling out of her nose into your products is to avoid this store at all cost! I will add here that the very very nice girl who actually took care of my order had amazing customer service skills was polite friendly and clean and I am so so grateful that she was the one making my order and not the disgusting nose picker. Unfortunately after witnessing this display I still can't bring myself to drink the iced coffee or allow my daughter to drink the refresher and we will be heading to 62 dunkin' donuts in Louisville. So disappointed...
Read moreMy brother and I went through the drive through this morning. It took about 25m in the drive thru, not a big deal if that had been the only issue. The girl at the cashier window was friendly and she is the ONLY reason I would rate the service at two stars instead of one.
The girl who gave us our food and drinks was rude and unfriendly. The first drink was made wrong, and the second drink she handed me was somebody else's order - I noticed the mistake right away by just looking at the drink, and handed it back to her and let her know, but it had already been in my hands and in my car. She proceeded to have a conversation with another employee about if they had to toss the drink or if they could give it to the correct customer. They mutually decided "it looked like I didn't touch it" and decided to give it to the right person - what??? How is that food-safe? Then she handed us our food, and the two bags of hash browns were burnt, and there was no fork included for the brisket bowl and no napkins. I sat at the window with both drinks and all my food, and was ignored by staff for at least a minute, and then had to ask for the items by calling someone over to the window. Wild experience and would NOT recommend this Dunkin. I plan to also reach out to corporate because of the lack of food safety displayed by the employees, absolutely horrible customer experience and...
Read moreA male manager in this store is VERY rude & UNPROFESSIONAL!! he must be new, or a transfer because I just started seeing him. Today I heard him ask a young female employee “are you bipolar?” Her face got red & her eyes filled tears, as I’m sure she was completely humiliated since there were customers in the store. Not 2 minutes later he asked another young female employee if she “believed in god” she looked beyond shocked as would anybody because religion should Never be talked about in a work place. She then answered “yes” this rude manger the proceeded to say “good because you need, Jesus” This man should never ask anyone about their health, or mental health issues. After all it is against the law. Not to mention, I have never witnessed something so demeaning in my life, just foul! And he should never ask someone about there religious beliefs, this is just wrong in many levels. I can not believe this is the person you chose to represent your company!! This man is rude, distasteful, and apparently doesn’t like young woman. He needs to be fired! He...
