Gionino's Pizzeria of Alliance — Restaurant in Alliance

While their pizza is the best in town, the fact that they don't have online ordering keeps me going elsewhere–and I order 2-3 pizzas and breadsticks per week from PJ or EOC. I'd rather go here, but when you call, you can't give them a time later in the day for delivery. They screw it up then tell you in a snotty manner that they nobody there is supposed to promise a time. Until they get step into the 2000s–not even the 2020s, they're that far behind–they're missing at minimum two pizzas and a cheesesticks order from me per week....and I can't be the only one. I hate calling!!! Especially when they get an attitude about it. I can only assume the owner doesn't care as long as the profits are still there. That bury-your-head-in-the-sand attitude loses money eventually.

I'm ordering pizza tonight–3rd time this week. I tip very well, so drivers love me. Guess it's time to click on Papa John's again and get their nasty, overrated pizza. Why?

Two words:...

Ordered a pizza, two types of wings and an Italian sub. Pizza was great. Unfortunately our dry Cajun wings were only seasoned on one half of the wings. When we called to complain the manager said "that's how we make them". Our honey mustard wings that we ordered had zero, zip, honey mustard sauce on them. They were plain chicken wings. The manager stated "We will come and pick up the food to make sure it's not cooked the right way. Our kitchen is closing so we cannot replace your food so we will have to compensate." I'm ok with that but we are from out of town and this is what we have for dinner. The manager called back and said the owner will compensate the food and it will take 72 hours. She hung up without a word before we could say thank you.....

The pizza was amazing, unfortunately they were served with wings that aren't worth two cents. Hire a new manager, the face of the company and new cooks who have some passion and aren't just there...

absolutely rude and disrespectful manager. My husband attempted to order delivery after we've had several deliveries with previous errors and were due a credit on our next order, when he told the girl taking the order we had a bill credit coming the manager rudely got on the phone to explain they don't deliver to our home. My husband questioned this seeming as they've previously delivered and he was told we dont't deliver there, my husband said well I haven't even given my address yet how do you know you don't deliver here?? To which the mgr responded I don't have to explain anything to you we no longer deliver there...where?? We then asked for the district managers number to which the reply was "i don't know their number" it's under Chuck and Sam... Who in the world does business this way....extrememly rude and disrespectful!! Didn't even ask if we wanted to pick up our order...just customer service...
