McDonald's — Restaurant in Alliance

When I happen to go to this McDonald's during the day they are constantly messing up my order or forgetting something that I had ordered. Food is almost never good quality. Nuggets are usually soft and luke warm. My fries are never hot. You can tell that they RESET the timer on the burger trays and gave me that nasty barley warm sat for while burgers.

Also, not sure that their hours are actually correct. I called once recently to see if they were open because their site says open 24hr and said they confirmed their hours a week ago. Someone answered the phone and said hello, and I asked if they were open and they hung up on me. Though since I was out, I would go see and they have all the inside lights on and no outdoor lights on. But you could see someone putting stuff in their big order bags with he handles. I tried to go through the drive through and ask if they were open and no ine answered me but when I pull around then there were two people looking at me through the drive through window. I don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone l even though they do have a playground inside, there restaurant is usually dirty. Dirty tables, and floors. I was here today and was happy to see that someone will still come to the counter to take my order instead of forcing me to use the kiosk. Sad to see the old play place gone because the new one isnt nearly as nice.

Original review. 1 yr ago (4 stars): Nice play place for children and an area for kids parties as well. Also, nice area with large table for bigger groups on the other end of the restaurant far from the children.

Fast service. Open 24 hours. Always seems busier than the McDonald's on the other end of town but I believe that to be an advantage because the food always seems fresh. The employees are usually friendly and ready to help.

Only one disappointment that I seem to share with others is that the tea isn't as good as you come to expect from other McDonald's. Maybe its a difference in how its made or maybe because they are busier that more tea is made in each container between cleanings? Not certain but the general consensus is that you should always get your tea at the other...

Do not go to this McDonalds. The one on the other side of town is better. Update 5/12/22: photos included of the RAW burgers my husband and I were served. I am absolutely disgusted.
