McDonald's — Restaurant in Alma

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It’s McDonald’s so I don’t expect much when it comes to food quality, but you would think the customer service wouldn’t be this bad. I ordered a burger with a large sweet tea. I pulled up and paid for my order and got my receipt. I then pulled to the second window to get my food and she didn’t hand me my sweet tea so I proceeded to tell her I ordered one. This girl looked at me and really said “YoU AinT oRDer nO sWeEt TeA” and closed the window. So I got my receipt and held it to the closed window and she ignored me for a minute and came back to the window and I said this is my receipt it has the tea on it and she didn’t even look at it just handed me the tea. When I said that I ordered something she should’ve looked at my receipt first to confirm I did or didn’t. This McDonald’s is completely unprofessional and would not recommend to ANYONE. Worse part about it when I asked to speak to the manager she said “I AM the manager”...

My order was for a COMBO and I was charged for a combo. A combo comes with a drink and she was told coke. I got my biscuit and hash brown, but NO coke. After asking for the coke, the girl was very, very rude. She was saying I had to order a drink separate. No, my order was suppose to come with a coke. After, the girl fussed at us rudely in front of a lot of customers, after being showed that it was on the receipt, she yelled and shoved it at us. She then called someone else to the window, which was also rude and rasing her voice at us also, she told me very loudly that I was trying to get a free drink and that I wasn't getting one, which was a LIE. After, I paid for my drink the SECOND time, it took several minutes to give me one. Customers inside said they thought the girl was coming thru the window at us she was so rude and loud. My lady and I stopped at the Flash Foods gas station and McDonald's which is connected in the same location. We went into the restrooms. My personal opinion is the restroom needed attention. entering the restroom my lady saw an employee from McDonald's put toilet paper on the floor as she was sitting in the stall. The floor was already disgusting. Then the female employee from McDonald's comes out and doesn't even wash her hands! We were going to get something to eat but we decided to go elsewhere. No photo to share because it was in the restroom. The employee was an African American female. Just because of that one act alone of her uncleanness and her lack of care not only for her own safety but for ours (the General Public) will keep me from ever eating at that location.
