The asada meat is delicious. Its seasoned. A lot of lunch trucks cook the asada but has no flavor. Not these asada tacos. You can eat them plain and they'll be just as good. They also have fish tacos that come prepared with fresh diced tomato, fresh avocado and cabbage and some creamy sauce. They're so good. They have arroz con leche in the winter and its also good. Next to the lunch truck there's a lady that sells platanos fritos con lechera and other miscellanous snacks. For those of you who don't know about platano frito con lechera, you have not lived. Before I forget its cash only. Both the lunch truck and the little spots right next to it ( the lady selling the platanos fritos and the one that sells the crepes). The lady selling crepes sets up shop closer to the Masao library on Crenshaw. The lunch truck parks in front of the Vietnamese fish market, Dat Moi. On weekdays its usually there after 6:30 pm On weekends its there a little earlier. The irony is that this was the last lunch truck I tried. I've also had the tacos at the other two lunch trucks parked on Crenshaw. All three are within two blocks of each other and needless to say once I had Doty's Tacos I never went back...

It was necessary for me to discuss my disappointing visit to Dotys today. When we arrived, they informed us about their upcoming location move, which was only a short distance away. We understood the need for them to set up and organize things. However, what we found frustrating was that after announcing the move, they started serving other customers after us. We waited for over an hour for them to relocate before we could even place our order. The female worker was unpleasant and impolite. When I inquired about the relocation time, she responded rudely by suggesting we hadn't waited long. Despite placing our order, it was not done correctly. When I asked for more salsa and containers to be placed outside on the table, the staff member delayed and never brought them. I have been a loyal customer for years and never encountered such behavior from Dotys employees before. As a Yelp Elite member, it's important to share our experiences so other customers are well informed about the treatment they might receive. I hope Dotys will provide training to their employees on proper etiquette and professionalism...
