4/15/25 update After speaking with management I had great visits to BB. Drinks were made correctly with all the fixings, then it started happening again. 3x in a row no fixings. I give up. I'll stick to making coffee at home. I also have to remind them everytime of discount Tuesday. UPDATE This ended up happening again and therefore I was put in touch with the regional manager Emily. She did apologize for the service I had received and said she addressed her staff about the issue. Like I stated it was a petty complaint, but at $7 a drink it should be made as shown. I was not looking to get anything out of it, I just wanted the problem addressed and corrected. She did however offer me some free drinks, which were all made correctly. Thank you Emily for caring about your customers and making things right. It is very appreciated.
I'm giving a bad review so that hopefully this gets to the right person. I've been a faithful Biggby customer. I have recently cut back due to cost and started making lattes at home, but will treat myself 1 or 2x a week as I was going almost everyday. The last 3x I have gone I have not gotten the garnish on top. I always say hot with whipped cream. The first sip is always best with the whipped cream, flavored sauce and coffee. First time I just thought maybe they forgot. 2nd time I was upset, 3rd time in a row and I'm about to call it quits. I purchased the new red velvet and there was no sauce or chocolate chips/shavings. Not to sound rude but if I'm paying almost $7 for a latte I want it made correctly as shown! It happened at the location by meijer x1 and the hospital x2. I took pics the last 2x this has happened. But I really wanted to compliment an employee handling a terrible customer. The driver in my group told the employee at the window they "won't leave until [another employee] smiled." Read moreI just came through and ordered a frozen cookie butter latte. The girl at the first window was friendly and I was able to use my rewards card I thought didn't work. However when I received my latte it was a brown color this is odd because cookie butters are golden. I took a sip of my coffee and it was literally just a black frozen coffee with cookie butter drizzle on top. I should have requested a new one but instead I just left and even gave a tip.
