I love going to PARC and highly suggest going! I've been a loyal customer since they opened! They've always had a wide variety of choices for every product and continue to make more upgrades and improvements that allow them to carry more products. They do their best to accommodate everyone's needs. They have amazing sales every day and from my experience they tend to have the best bang for your buck along with getting good quality products. I've had the pleasure of being helped by everyone at PARC and I love the people here! They are very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, understanding, welcoming, and above all they are always professional. I've made some pretty great friends just getting to know everyone! I usually head in for product at night time so I see Kenton, Sasha, Rodney, and the head honcho himself Marvin! Kenton's banter, jokes, and conversations definitely add to the fun but professional environment. I go for the experience! They create a positive environment and they're always kind enough to let me take my time, answer any questions, point me in the direction of products they know I'll like because they care enough to do their best to remember my likes and dislikes in my experience. Read moreI've been driving from rogers city to alpena to do business with parqs for awhile,the last 5 months me and my fiancee drive over and call in order she goes in and gets it,last sat we went to make our order and some bud tender named Kent informed me he couldn't take my order over the phone was very arrogant about it even though been doing it that way for 5 months all the other staff has been most helpful and friendly Kent acted like he had a attitude. So I write what we want on piece of paper send my fiancee in and this Kent's an arrogant jerk my girl comes out all upset. Ow we only spend 100 to 200 a week but we always tip and our experience has been great with everyone else maybe you guys got so many customers we aren't considered good enough customers in Kent's eyes but again we drive from rogers city every week to do business with you all,so just wanted owner to know you just lost customers because of your guy Kent will be damned if I will do business with somebody who treats there customers this way. For the last few months, PARC has boasted of their 'Happy Hour' from 9am-noon, no purchase required, when free edibles would be given out to all who came between 9am until noon, No. Purchase. Required. Over a 30 day period, I entered the establishment and spent well over $300.00 (WELL OVER) and got nada, zip, zilch, nothing as a parting gift. I have spent a lot of money at PARC, a LOT, but I won't be, any longer, I will no longer pay the prices, give a VERY good tip and walk away, the fooled. No matter how much money PARC takes in every month, it will always be at least $300.00 short of what it could have had for each month, because over the last long period, I have spent AT LEAST that much each month, but like I said, no longer.
