Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alpena

I would have given no stars but its not an option. I tried placing an order for a large pepperoni and mushroom stuffed crust pizza. The girl on the phone said you can't put anything but pepperoni on stuffed crust pizza but then told mr I can add mushrooms. So I placed my order for a stuffed crust pep and shroom pizza for like 17 bucks SMH, kinda expensive but I love stuffed crust so I figured what the heck. I drove half an hour to get it to discover they made it wrong and without any stuffed crust. I got no apology from the man ringing me up or any solution to fix it. He just said yep its gonna be another 15 to 20 min. No discount offered and no apology for the inconvenience!!! Very poor service and a very bad...

Yes, I will give you 5 out of 5 stars! I always seem to get the friendliest people when picking up pizza from your drive thru! I tend to use their mobile ordering so that I know my pizza will be Hot and Ready when I get there! This place can get very busy during peak hours, and that usually means waiting for Pizza or not being able to get what you want, which is 100% expected during peak time! So I learned that the mobile app makes this process so dang easy! I know, this sounds like an ad to use their app haha! The staff her has always been kind and helpful when I order! After more then 30 years of buying pizza at the Little Caesars in Alpena, I am sad to say that they have turned into a rip off. We have been buying pizzas the same way for well over 8 years and the pricing is always the same. Suddenly they are now charging extra if you request LESS of a topping. Want light cheese? It's going to cost you more, it is now a "custom pizza" same with light sauce. So we went from being able to buy two pizzas for 14.82 to it costing us over $20.00.
