My husband and I went through the drive through after I had a medical procedure today. The food has always been good, but the customer service experience gets worse every time we go there. To say the girl that took our order and handed us our food was unfriendly was an understatement. She seemed super annoyed that we were even there, couldn’t even muster the energy to pretend like she wanted us to be there, and when we pulled up to grab our food, she just handed it to us without a word at all, just kinda giving us that creepy GenZ stare thing that they do.
