Dollar Tree — Local services in Alpena

The stuff here can be good quality or bad quality some stuff useful some stuff is just junk but some stuff gets your attention and that’s what I like about it. They have kitchen supplies organizers, toys, snacks, A whole aisle for candy. If I have to be honest, that’s probably the best part. Some stuff you don’t needs. And some stuff is bad quality, but mostly the place is Pretty good some stuff is that you don’t think you need but then you end up buying it or that might be me But it’s good and cheap stuff but I have one question why is there five dollar stuff at dollar tree and it’s called dollar tree but everything’s $1.25 that just doesn’t make sense You don’t need to add the cents. if you spend time reading this review, I hope you go to dollar tree and buy stuff...

When Dollar Tree has dinnerware sets they rarely last long in-store & when I attempt to order directly off their website products are no longer available, even when I directly call the 1-800 number to order, which is extremely frustrating when I've already purchased part of the set in-store in hopes of ordering the remaining part of the set online......I know I can't be the only customer with this frustrating circumstance. Unfortunately I will probably have to return my purchase to the store. Also, it would be nice if the COMPLETE set would be available to purchase in store rather than just a couple pieces of the set. On a nicer note, the staff is always friendly & attentive...

Placed an online order to be sent to the store for pick up on November 12th. It was supposed to be in on the 19th. Received several emails about picking it up, contacted the store every time and they did not have my order. Finally called customer service on Dec. 4th to cancel the order. I was told I would receive my refund within a few days. Dec. 20th, called customer service again because I still did not get the refund. I was then told I had to have them fill out a form and turn it in to the correct department and they then would contact me within 3 business days to discuss my issue.
