I visited twice. I felt the choices of Donuts were less. You also have B&R Ice creams to go with. During 2nd visit, I ordered Vanilla Headlamp Donut and Sunrice coffee. Donut was ok - chocolate topping, cream filling. Coffee was nearly 1/4 filled with Ice cubes, as with other coffee chains, you end up with less content to drink with. Outdoor seating available. I could not find cutlery other than straws and stirrer. If they provide fork, plastic knives it would be great. Excuse me if they provide and I didn't notice. Update: Jun, 2023. Online orders are available for in person pickup.

Service: The staff who was serving was rude while we visited there last time for a take out order. Even his colleague asked him to behave properly. He did not respect our order and packed the wrong items, and wrong quantity. We realized it after taking it home. I heard generally positive reviews about this outlet but, may it was a bad day for us and him. Nevertheless not planning to go back this outlet anymore. Quality: They maintained the standard brand quality and had variety of options. Parking: There is enough parking around the outlet and very much accessible from the main road.

Clearly the best Dunkin I've been to in my lifetime and best yet it's within walking distance! Incredible staff that greeted my arrival with a wonderful welcome from across the store. In these times it's so great to see a company doing it right. If this is a franchised store, Kudos to the owner. If it's company store - this is a great example of a store that meets ther mark. Farewell forever Starbucks!!

Service and quality has definitely declined at this location. I repeated my order several times, because the teen worker wasn't listening. I ordered one scoop of ice cream in a bowl, chocolate rim with nuts. I received a very small bowl that hardly had a rim, no nuts, purple in color. Smallest amount of ice cream. $6.15 total. I asked why the bowl was purple, he said it's from Halloween. It is 11/16/24, why are you still serving stuff from Halloween? I just came here about a week ago and they didn't have these. Where did these come from? To top it all off, he straight handed me the bowl with no paper around it. A naked bowl. I have never seen any establishments not have paper on the bowls. I had to ask for it to be put in a paper bowl. Then he thought to hand me a stack of napkins. I have worked in customer service and I know that what is being done today is not it. I didn't say anything to the worker, because what is the point? ...

We have visited this location twice now in the last 2 months. First time, we were there for ice cream. The gentleman dipping ice cream had shoulder length curly hair dipping ice cream. No hat, no hair net and his head in freezer with hair hanging over all the ice creams. I chose not to purchase any. Second time, same thing with a young lady dipping ice cream. She did have a hat on.. she had a long pony tail that was falling into the ice cream containers. I felt bad for her. She had 5 people lined up. Another employee, was standing there scrolling on her phone. Every single table was dirty. We didn’t stay. A manager with serv safe certification needs to be there and enforcing...
