This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! The order taker (employee) that was taking orders in the drive-thru window up front is extremely rude, has terrible customer service skills and doesn't enter the orders correctly into the system. Not only did she not put our entire order into the computer incorrect, but the food we did receive was discussing. The fries in my baconator fries were cold, the cheese on them was old, the cheese on the Jr Burger was melted and hard(old), Bacon was on a double stack, the lettuce was wilted (old) in the salad, the chicken was not on the side as I asked it to be and when I went inside to correct our order, another 2 customers had the same issue with the same employee. One customer said this was her 4th bad experience with the same employee and this time will be her 3rd time calling about the employee but nothing has been done as she is still employed at this restaurant establishment. The employees would not give another customer her receipt or give the customer the employees name so she could call customer service on her as well. The employee even started to yell and cuss at the customer because she was calling customer service on her. The employee was really really out of line as there were children in the lobby when they were arguing and cursing at each other like teenagers. I didn't even correct my food as the argument startled & scared me. They may have even gotten into a physical altercation due to the way the employee was acting and speaking to the customer. Read moreThe food was hot and quick, once I finally was able to place my order. Pulled up to the menu board. No response for about 2 minutes. When I pulled into the parking lot, I saw two employees out near the door, one young lady was sitting on the ground and there was a guy in a gray shirt standing in the cut. So I backed up to where I could see the entry doors, and the same two employees were out there, smoking. I got their attention and asked if the restaurant was open, and the girl yelled back "I'm on my break!" Umm... So I said "There's nobody at the drive-thru" and that's when the guy went inside. The girl at the first window was nice and pleasant, except when I said "Thank you." IDK what that was about. BE SURE TO ASK FOR NAPKINS if you go here. You have to ask or you won't get any. This was my second time going.
UPDATE: Went for dinner Feb 1 2023. With our first drive-thru order, the attendant said they only had Sunburst Lemonade (or whatever the new limited time specialty is called) and the other one was Minute Maid. So with our second order we asked for Minute Maid and they gave us fruit punch. When we looked puzzled, they said Minute Maid comes in a variety of flavors. Read moreOrdered my lunch through the Wendy's app for pickup inside. I have orded from this Wendys from the past and I know that they have reopened their dining room since COVID. I order my lunch for pickup to avoid lines and to be able to grab and go as I don't have a lot of time for lunch. Today the doors were locked, when I called in the person on the phone stated they were short staffed and they will not open their doors, stating that I will have to wait in the drive thru line. Well the drive thru is wrapped around the building, and I have already been waiting in a parking space until the app said my food would be ready. So I absolutely have no time to wait longer in the drive thru for food that is already made. Absolutely a disappointment, if in store pickup is not available mark it in the app. If I had known I would have to go to the drive thru I never would have ordered in the first place. Now I have to go back to work hungry and angry.
Update: I never received a return call or email from Wendy's even though the service representative said to expect a call from the district manager, and I never received a refund...
