Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Alpharetta

I’ve been eating at this location for the past 4 years now. Every time I go in, the employees are ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming. Today, I went in to try out the new Honey Butter & Bacon Sandwich. From the moment I walked in and stepped up to the front to order, the lady at the cash register gave me a big smile, said good morning and asked what I’d like to eat. When I finished ordering she said, “have a great rest of your day!” Now, if that’s not great customer service, I must not know what is then haha

My food was ready within 5 minutes even though there was a big line and at least 75% of the restaurant seating was occupied. This location is a smooth running working machine with a big splash of upbeat employees who actually care about their customers! When my order number was called the manager, I believe his name is Ron, asked me to tell him how I enjoyed the sandwich afterwards as it was the first day if it’s release. That was very personable of him to ask that of me, because again, it showed that he actually cared about his customer’s opinions rather then just getting them in and out of his restaurant.

The Honey Butter & Bacon sandwich is personally one of my new favorite chicken sandwiches that Zaxby’s has created to date! I loved the sweetness of the honey butter sauce mixed with the flavor of the bacon. Perfect combination in my opinion! I’ve tried their Southern TLC, Chicken Finger, Kickin Chicken, Nibblers, Zaxby’s Club and the Cajun Club Sandwiches. My other favorites are the Kickin Chicken sandwich and the nibblers.

I am a loyal customer to this location and eat here at least 3 times a month simply because the staff are very friendly, the wait time for food is quick and the food is always well prepared. Keep up the excellent...

I love zaxbys. I come here at least 1x a week and this location is covienant. My complaint is not even about the food as it is comparable to most locations.

The issue is that there is some sort of lack of care around making the orders how the tickets read. Literally 75% of the time or more my order is messed up with the sauces. It is so infuriating to order buffalo sauces only to get to the office and open up my box of delicious chicken to find just Ranch and Zax Sauce. They staple the receipts to the bag and it is as clear as day. It is even more infuriating when not only am i substituting for buffalo sauce but paying for more sauce that I am not receiving.

The shear frequency at which this happens means that there is a simple lack of care for the customer and I am just mad at this point. *Update - Okay, so I had a change of heart and decided to give this Zaxby's another chance, thinking we may have just caught them on a bad day. This time we went to the drive-through around 6p. Obviously they were open. The disappointment we had this time was with the size of the chicken tenders. They were so small that McDonald's chicken nuggets would have rivaled them. We'll just go to another Zaxby's, if we go to one at all. Review 1 - Normally I enjoy Zaxby's. They have good salads and their Zak's Meal with the tenders and fries is one of my favorites. However, on Friday night they turned off the lights and closed the doors before 9:30p, but their hours say they are open until 11p.
