We were at this store last night, trying to get a quick dinner before a meeting. There was no one at the counter to take orders so we used the lobby kiosk. (When you do this it does not give you a receipt to confirm your order. )
When our two orders (made separately) came and I opened a taco to see there was only about 1/5 of the shell filled with only a small amount of meat and a thin layer of cheese. So I took it right back up to the counter and showed the guy, smiled and said ‘I think you forgot to finish this one’, he looks at it (it was truly pathetic looking) and he said I hadn’t ordered the supreme taco. I said but where is the rest of the lettuce and cheese filling? He repeated that I hadn’t ordered a supreme and tomatoes only come on the supreme. So, being on a time crunch and not wanted to debate the dullard, I said forget it and returned to my table. Then I found that the chicken power bowl I ordered had NO chicken!!! So, I paid $10 for a taco shell and an iceberg lettuce and rice salad with rude service. 😠. My friend ordered three tacos. One was barely filled, two had ingredients missing, and the third was stuffed over full with lettuce and very little else. So out of 5 items ordered ALL 5 were incomplete or incorrect.
Ok people, I know this is fast food. But there should be food in there, and it should at least remotely resemble the photos on the menu. I love Taco Bell food but I’ll not be back to this one. Messed up orders and rude staff, and $20 for what was mainly...
Read moreI go to this location because they make my food accurate, but this last visit was possibly the worst experience I've had at taco bell to date. I approached the establishment with a worker smoking and 1 car in the drive thru, I went behind the vehicle in drive thru and waited about 4 minutes for them to order before driving up to the window. My turn to order I sit waiting for a minute before greeted "hi welcome to taco bell, I'll be right with you" waiting to order I glance the menu board for another 2 minutes followed by "hi welcome to taco bell, I'll be right with you" a little confused at this point I say "no problem take your time" glance at the board again for 5 minutes a little frustrated. I place my order and the lady reads my order back and ask if I ordered 2 Baja blast and I reply no 1 pepsi and 1 Baja blast, she reads my order back again and asks again if I ordered to 2 Baja blast and again i say no 1 pepsi 1 Baja blast. By the time I finished my order it's been 10 minutes and I pull up behind the car that was placing a order when I pulled up to the establishment. I wait behind that car for 5 minutes and it pulls away and I get to the window and the lady is reading my order back again and again asks "2 Baja blast? I asked for my receipt and was told it was in the bag. The wait in the drive thru was about 20 minutes. Not a big deal. I saw how busy it was...my choice to pull in.
Pulled away, drove about a mile, at a stoplight i reached my hand in the bag for my receipt...to scan it. Not there. I turned around, went back and got back in line. I told the lady I didn't get my receipt and I'd only gone there because I get points. No problem...drive on up and shed give me a copy.
I pulled up, she remembered me, and was very nice and apologetic. Handed me a receipt copy. I looked at it and showed her it didn't have the baroda on it, so I couldn't scan it.
She lost her smile and said, "there's nothing I can do about it " she apologized again. I think she was as tired as I was. I asked her to get her manager. She was frazzled (probably because of the line) but complied.
She came back about a minute later and said...and I quote, "He's busy and said he doesn't have time to deal with you."
