Yesterday (07-10-17) I went to the Little Caesars Pizza here in Klamath Falls, OR. They were busy as usual and you could tell that they were short staffed and trying to keep up with all the customers coming in, as expected when they are in fact super cheap and really busy. The girl at the front counter was very nice, professional, and efficient. I ordered my food and waited as expected because again, they are the only Little Caesars Pizza here in town and they are BUSY & SHORT STAFFED. As i waited there was a really rude lady that came in and was trying to order 2 deep dish pizzas and some crazy bread. They only had 1 deep dish and no bread so she proceeded to throw a fit like a 2 year old and cussed and belittled this employee in front of the whole establishment. I was appalled and could not believe that she was throwing a fit over $5 pizza. She proceeded to tell the employee and manager that she would have both of their jobs because of their "rude behavior", when in fact the only person that was being rude was indeed this customer who again was acting like a 2 year old. She was telling the young manager on duty that night that she wanted the cashier gone and he needed to fire her. He tried to explain that that couldn't happen and he didn't have that authority, she again she proceeded to demean, belittle, and curse at these to employees calling them names and cussing up a storm not only in front of me and my family but other children waiting PATIENTLY for their pizza. Bottom line is, I think people forget that how busy such an establishment can get and that rushes happen and pizza runs out. That doesn't mean we get to go in there and act like 2 year old's. I really hope that those 2 employees don't loose their jobs and I hope that that lady gets put in her place. They get BUSY and they are CHEAP, which is why its expected for them to run out here and there through out the day. Be...
Read moreThe service is horrible! I ordered 2 pizzas last night, they where far from busy there was only 2 other people in the lobby when I arrived and one left with their order just a few seconds after I arrived, and the other not to long after that, I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes before someone finally came to the counter to take my order, even though they saw me when I walked in and had given the two customers before me their orders, and then they ignored me standing there waiting to order, finally after being acknowledged and my order had been finally been taken I was told it would be about 10 minutes for my order to be done so I went out and sat in my car I waited about 15-20 minutes cuz I know how their service is and when i went back in to check on my order and the manager came up and had to look in the computer to see what I had ordered and he looked at me and said oh I still haven't started it, there was a big order before yours there was no orders before mine other than the two that had already been given and the customers had already left, and I said seriously? He said in somewhat of a rude snarky way "yeah", I said "okay" and then I go sit out in my car again another 30 minutes goes by I go back in check on my order and asked if it was ready yet and he said give me a minute and walks away and then about another 5 to 10 minutes later he brings me my order and says have a good night, and after getting home and opening the pizza it was not cooked completely in the middle it was still doughy and it was just completely unacceptable I can understand if they were busy but there was literally no line and they were super slow, I tried to call the store to make a complaint and they never...
Read moreI used to work at this location from 2019-2020 through most of 2020. It was the cleanest it has ever been (due to management and staff). Since a specific set of employees, myself included, have moved on, the place has gone downhill. Let me start with the cleanliness of the lobby. There were crumbs everywhere (I wish I had taken a photo). If you have time to lean or bs you have time to clean. And that place ALWAYS needs cleaning. The floor was grimy. The pizza portal screen was grimy. The specific slot my pizza was in a had to force open. There was fingerprints and grime all over the drink cooler. I’ve always been one to vouch for this specific location but now I’d rather spend much more on papa murphys or dominos than buy a pizza from this place again. The lobby made me wonder if they stopped cleaning the back as much as we used to. Let’s move on to the pizza. I don’t know if it’s their automatic sheet out machine but the pizza was so thin in the center I thought it was raw. Fortunately it was still edible and cooked all the way through. The pepperonis were literally just thrown onto the pizza. And the pizza was barely cut ( I had to actually cut it when I got home. If we had given a customer a pizza that looked like the one I received today it would have been worthy of a write up. For example on the classic pep we would literally (I’m absolutely not joking) have to move pepperonis aside and not cut them. We were supposed to have toppings on every bite and no sauce on the crust. On the extra most bestest as well. I’ve had this fanceroni pepperoni pizza before and it DID NOT look like this. No one wants to eat literal stacks of pepperoni in one bite. I really hope they get...
