They say they are open tell 230 am everyday but they most definitely are not ever open past 1 am very rearly are they even open until 1 am they need to change there hours of operation cause it is definitely not accurate! Plus they are very rude about cashing in lottery ticket. also u are most likely ignored for about 15 to 20 mins until u grab there attention and ask to be cashed out and then still u most likely get an answer of "your going to have to wait until I'm done helping everyone else then maybe I can cash you out!"
