I'm not one to leave reviews but someone needed to see and hear about this. Where to start? The very first time I visited the store the staff was extremely short with me. I let it slide because they had my online order prepared and the sandwich was decent.
The store itself is unkempt and the lines are messy but generally if I order online then I do not have to worry about it too much. Logical right? Boy, was I wrong! I ordered a sub at 12:40, for pickup at 1:20. A colleague of mine also orders a sub, but they did it at 1:15.
I go ahead and tell her I'll pick up her sub as well. I arrive at the store at 1:35, give or take. My colleague's has been completed. My sub is nowhere to be seen. At first the staff didn't believe me and then they said they don't know what happened to my order, so they pulled up the backlog and find that my order is in fact in their system since 12:40. They tried to disingenuously apologize and say that they lost my order.
How do you lose an online order that's sitting right there due at 1:20? Better question: how do you lose a sandwich?
At this point I decide to stay and figured that since I already paid for the sandwich online, I'd rather just bite the bullet, wait, and take the sandwich with me otherwise I would have cancelled the order and left. I decide to stay and in the entire time I was waiting there not once did any of the employees offer me any sort of compensation such as a coupon, a free drink, a free sandwich on my next visit, a refund, etc.
I'm not one to look for those things but given the fact that they have wasted my time, I would at least expect something of the sort. They used up my entire lunch hour. By the time I returned to work I had to excuse myself from my colleagues, and eat in an office.

The same person I asked the forest time said she would let me know when it was ready. She did not. I sat there another 20 minutes waiting patiently and watching her had the orders to every other person. I was sitting right in her eyesight and my order food come up and nobody called my came. She kept on giving every order to everyone else but skipped me. Finally I asked and said it's been a long time and I'm going to be late for work and then she hands me my order that was just shooting there, so I addresses it and I promise I did not have any ride tone or anything at all but I did say "you know Ice been right here the whole time and had already asked you about it" and she luke well the guy probably called your name when he put it there. I told her I'm certain he did not because I've been right here. Then the guy at the cash register basically yelled at me aggressively. I've never in my life been treated like that just getting to get my order. And I assure you I was not rude at all. They were busy and took out their frustration towards me just because I brought up a very fair point which I have every right to do. Worst service ever. Read moreI am very frustrated with that particular location they never get my order right. Today I went again specifically asked for #12 sandwich to be on the Romany Parmesan bread. As I’m leaving something tells me to ask if they made my sandwich on rosemary parmesan bread and the guy replied no. I told them why you guys can never get my order right? Then the manager gave it to another person to make me another one quick. The guy quickly placed the chicken on the flat stove not even letting cook place the cheese right on top. Then he proceeded on putting the mayo the mustard and the honey mustard all at once and all of it stayed in one spot. That’s when I got up and said I no longer need the sandwich please refund me back my money. The manager didn’t care to lose a customer, he didn’t ask question or anything….I’m a regular customer here because my job is in the same plaza as the restaurant. What shocked me is that I paid $12 for a regular sandwich and a side chip. When the manager was refunding back the money it only came up as $11.20, I said to the manager this is not accurate and I handed them the receipt and the girl at the register said I rounded it off at $12 without even asking me the owner of the card!
