We had a really bad experience today. I asked for two bacon chicken ranch subs. One of them was well done. The other was burnt. My mom asked can she get a replacement and they said that they’re not gonna replace it because we asked for it well done and I’m trying to explain to the manager that there is a difference between well done and burnt, but he cut me off and told me to have a great day. I will never come back again. This is horrible customer service all we asked was for a replacement since the bread was burnt and they do not want to take any accountability for burning the bread. At this location: The Tuna Sandwich was missing two of the items I put the order in online for. They didn't spread the tuna out or other ingredients evenly . I ended up with a sandwich that had the meat lumped in the center and no meat towards the ends.
Be conscious of the food you are making. People are expecting the ingredients they are paying for to flavor every bite. When ingredients are not included or evenly distributed in the sandwich then they didn't get what they paid for. They may not come back. Too many other places in town who can make a sandwich. If you don't have a class to teach sandwich making you may want to create one. No idea why such an easy task was so messed up.
