Starbucks — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

My partner and I rarely get coffee. When we get it at this location, it is never consistent. We only order two drinks (caramel ribbon crunch and white chocolate cappuccino) and don’t make any changes. Last time we got the caramel ribbon crunch, they didn’t add the whipped cream at the bottom or the crunchy bits. Today, my partner ran in to get two white chocolate cappuccinos because we have a long day ahead. He got to the car with the lightest cups. Literally only 1/4 of the cups is “white chocolate cappuccino” but has no white chocolate flavor at all. It just tastes like a plain cappuccino. The rest is just foam. The drinks are never consistent. They can be great one day then watery and bland the next visit. Also, my last visit I ordered a lemon cake. When the cashier asked one of the other girls to get her a cake, the other girl replied saying "they're gross". Right in front of a customer currently buying one, not to mention every one else in the area. So rude and unprofessional. I believe the "gross girl" was named Sonia (dark straight hair, glasses). I went to Starbucks to order a drink for myself accompanied with my partner. There was a worker named Lindsay who gave us a warm welcome. She served us with her full attention, giving us a few recommendations. She also made our drinks and they turned out great!

However I saw that when I had used my card to complete my payment and so I realized there wasn’t a option for tipping with card, only with cash. This has nothing to do with the employees, so I hope this would be changed in the future so that the company further extend support to...
