The day that I purchased a mattress, I had great customer service! It was all down hill after that. I picked the mattress up about a month later, because I was moving. After sleeping on my mattress for less than a week, it was sinking in the middle, and my back pain was unbearable. I gave it about 3 weeks, and it did not get any better. I've been in the military for 7 years, I can sleep just about anywhere. This mattress was AWFUL. I called to ask about exchanging it and I received a very poor attitude from the Woman at the store. I told her I would be purchasing from a different location if I decided to go with mattress firm still. I ended up purchasing a Nectar instead. Once I received it, I called MF back to schedule a return; again, met with a very poor attitude and a woman than was cutting off my sentences. I was told I will have back pain for 30 days, and thats completely normal. Rather than helping me return the mattress, she was trying to convince me to keep it, and telling me that back pain, and a collapsing mattress were normal. The Woman's name was Sandy, I believe. Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! Sales Associate 'Hope' is the most helpful when trying to make her sale. I walked out of the store with 2 mattresses and a box spring. Turns out that I had to make a return and that is where all the problems began. She failed to inform us at the point of sale that there is a return delivery fee of $79.99 (was told that I couldn't bring the mattress to the store due to some 'FL Law') and a restocking fee equal to 10%. When I went back to the store to talk about the return, she then provided me with a piece of paper with the explanation of the '120 Night Sleep Trial' - this information should be provided to every customer along their receipt. She was very rude and kept raising her voice at me while she had other customers in the store. Earlier today, I had to call her to check on a credit that was due on my account and she couldn't find my Order Number, after being on the phone with her for a couple of minutes she got rude again and hung up the phone on me. This is not my 1st time purchasing from this store but it will definitely be my last since dealing with her!!! I'm one unsatisfied...
Read moreI leave Google reviews all the time, but this one I’m really excited about and a first for a mattress company! I mean honestly how often are you in the market for mattresses? We just bought a house and needed two queen beds. I called Mattress Firm on SR434 because of the wonderful Labor Day special buy a queen for the price of a twin. Perfect. Well then I got Kathy. I don’t know who hired Kathy but whoever did has an eye for talent and deserves a raise. It gets better. She has a sidekick Misty. Those two ladies are smart, professional, and if you have any questions about prices or what your budget is, just communicate it and they make it happen. The highest compliment I can give is if I owned a small business, I’d hire either one of them in a heartbeat. They deserve praise and recognition. I don’t mean a pat on the back or a ‘atta girls!’....I’m talking an honor from the company that’s significant because both deserve it. Thank you Mattress Firm for providing high quality beds for my kids to sleep on at a price that was totally reasonable, and thank you Kathy and Misty for all...
