Worst manager I have ever seen at an establishment. On duty around 11:45am on June 1, 2024. Confronted us in a negative manner because we were not satisfied with wings and simply asked that they be removed and returned. I provided my friend with my wings because they tasted more like what she asked for. Explained that she was satisfied with these, and did not want hers.

When he came out, he was extremely rude, condescending and raised his tone at us in front of other customers. He was more interested in arguing and stated that we asked for him to come out. We explained that no one asked for him, to which he continued with his rude tone and stated “do you think I would have come out here if no one asked for me?” I say statement because I just know he couldn’t have been asking us such a ridiculous question. Especially one which made no logical sense.

Not very becoming of someone who pretended that their motive was to come out and help us. At some point after accusing us of being rude to his staff, he said he wanted to know what was wrong with the food.

He stated that he wanted to figure out how to train his staff at this point. NO SIR, you came out here trying to training your customers.

He appeared less interested in helping and more interested in telling us off. He said that he saw the food being made? Maybe your time is better spent on your computer watching training videos on how to manage an establish, which includes interactions with customers. I get better service at Waffle House. It appeared as if he had not been working in customer service for more than a week. Seems to be one of those situations where you lie on your resume and get the job.

Looking at the rest of the reviews on this page, it is extremely obvious that management would rather spend time responding negatively to a review than at a manager training program.

I had visited this establishment several times in the past, and had much better experiences when “staff” was all I had to deal with. Would also add that the experience with the waitress was fine, despite the food issue (my 5 wings originally being given to my friend with her salad - my friend receiving 6 of her wings in the wrong flavor - my husbands sandwich having sauce on it when he requested that it did not) . The visit only became disgraceful when the manager came out unsolicited. Would not return with even the thought of just knowing that someone so nasty is in the back working near my food.

Edited to add: there will be no witness statement from around us that we were rude or heard a loud or rude tone with the waitress. The only witness states from customers would come from their attention being drawn to the table after the manager came over. As a lawyer, I would like to give a few tips when “reviewing surveillance.” Pay attention to how no one looks at our table in surprise when we have any interaction with the waitress, but everyone’s attention focuses on the table when manager comes out and draws attention to it by making a scene and so loud that he could be heard. Although it did not appear that he was sincere, I did admit that he apologized at some point BETWEEN the accusations. On June 1st, 2024, I went here for brunch with two of my friends. We were having a great time initially but when my food came out, it was incorrect. I explained that my order was incorrect. I ordered 10 wings (half garlic hot and half bbq). I received garlic parm and bbq. I explained to the different waitress that set the food down that I had the wrong wings and when my waitress came up she confronted me and told me that I had ordered garlic parm. I told her that I hadn't and that it was just a misunderstanding and that i only wanted the garlic hot wings. They brought out my "corrected order" which was just the old, cold garlic Parmesan wings with the buffalo sauce added. I told my waitress very respectfully that I did not want it and explained why. at this point, the "corrected order" was cold and the flavor was not what I asked for

The manager "Anthony" came out shortly after very aggressively and accused me of being rude to the waitstaff and demanding his presence. His tone was very nasty and off putting and caught us completely off guard especially since we did not ever make a request for management. He asked me what was wrong with the food and I explained to him the issue with the incorrect order and the quality of the "corrected order." I told them there was no issue because I didn't want to burden his kitchen with remaking the order and would just share my friends order. He then said that "he wouldn't be here if someone didn't tell him to come." At this point, I was very confused and embarrassed because other tables were starting to look at us because of the spectacle he caused with his raised tone and demeanor. We explained that we never requested him, very respectfully returned the order and did not have an issue with our waitstaff. He didn't deny that they just added sauce on top of my old order that I sent back and never changed his aggressive demeanor or tone.

We did our best to diffuse the verbal altercation with him and he ultimately offered an insincere apology before storming off. At this point we ended our brunch and cashed out. We still tipped our waitress but wrote a very clear note about how disappointing the management staff was. She denied asking Antony to come out and address us. He gave us only a partial refund on the incorrect order.

Ultimately, this restaurant was completely disappointing, the food mediocre and the service was very poor in my opinion. It did appear to me that the management was racially prejudiced as he never changed his aggressive demeanor even after it being explained that we did not request him and did not disrespect his staff. We never raised our voices at him but his raised voice caused several of the surrounding customers to focus on our table which was very embarrassing. Was there on the 5/31 with my friends 60th birthday there was a table top of 25 people to one server. The young lady handled the crowd very well, however I was the last one of the party to show up and everyone else had already placed their food orders in our placed my food order in way after everybody did my food came out way before people that placed their food in first one of our ladies did not even get her food it was a very uncomfortable situation, especially for me. I was the only one out of race when we spoke to the manager about it, he played it off that it was very busy however, there was empty tables next to us, and there was about 15 people in the kitchen when they were coming out with the food and they were yelling out who had what it was very unorganized and I blame that totally on the Manager because he never once came over to check on the girl to see if she needed any help or even offered any assistance and all he could do was apologize and then brush it off is that they were full that they were busy it was very disappointing on the way he handled it and he should’ve paired her up with a second person, and then he said that restaurants were no longer going to be accepting big parties anymore, which I know firsthand that is a lie because that is where their money is so for that Manager that worked that day you knew I was angry and you pointed that out and you’re darn right yes I was angry.
