Dairy Freeze — Restaurant in Altavista

Main reason low stars.. cheeseburger and amount of flies.inside and out..the money we spend is ridiculous for cold buns.2 cheeseburger combos 19 bucks...hmm.the crinkle fries were hot but half of mine were color of rust from rot or bugs or over cooked in batch...we wanted burgers all the way with chili...well they look like sausage patties with spit full of chili and buns not appetizing...to many flies there in windows ans u have to bend down to talk to staff.we can't hear them and they can't hear us...made for little people...hot fudge sundae helped rating...they have wet walnuts dairy Queen don't carry anymore...thks for that ...we were going to Hardee's or McDonald's but decided this place something new but wishes we just spent the same money and got money's worth...

I went here yesterday and will NEVER go back. I used to really enjoy this place but the service has really gone down hill. Took my family to grab some shakes and snacks. The girl who took my order seemed to be impatient and short with us. The onion rings were overcooked the fries were undercooked. The shakes were all different consistencies. Then they put all 4 of our shakes IN A BAG. The bag tore when they handed it to me and almost spilled them. Then when remove them from the bag to give to my family one of them didn't have the lid on securely and it spilled. THIS HAPPENED IN FRONT OF PICKIP WINDOW AND NOTHING WAS...
