Casey's — Restaurant in Altoona

James and Rick saved the day. Door Dash tried to ruin my New Year's. I used DD and ordered 2 pizzas at 530pm. The time kept changing. It was originally supposed to be delivered by 6pm. At 745pm no pizza because through the app it ordered my pizza at a nonexistent Casey's. The address took my Dasher to a house. After 2+ hours I got a refund and ordered from a specific store. Said it would be ready in 17 minutes. I go straight to the Casey's, they asked my name and told me the order wasn't supposed to be ready for more than an hour according to the app. I explained what happened and they saved the day. The pizzas came out perfect and delicious. I have Hypoglycemia and was teetering on the edge and afraid I would have a seizure. But thank God for Rick and James. I still feel weak but I place ZERO blame on Casey's. Caseys, you rock. Door Dash sucks, they need to get their app...

I’m an awards member at Casey’s. I travel quite often within the state of Iowa. Casey’s has a real problem with employees, particularly with boys that when that truck comes in, they’re hiding in the bathroom just talking with each other. I witnessed on one time a eight-year-old boy more or less in age came out of the bathroom upset because one of the employees was taking a brake occupying one of the stalls and his mom had to come and escort him over and through the women’s room so he could use one of the stalls in there. I understand that businesses need to find ways to cut cost. But over the last year this Casey’s has started cutting back on the pizza ingredients. The one we bought there tonight reminded of a frozen pizza your would find in a supermarket. Casey’s don’t skimp yourself out of the pizza business. I had rather see you raise your prices rather that sell cardboard thin pizza with very little toppings on it. I understand the price of everything has tripled but as for me I don’t mind paying for what I get. So charge more and start making the Casey pizza we all used to love.

Update since this review the pizza has gotten a lot better like they use to be. Good...
