I am a returning member (2016-2019) of Priority CrossFit. Over the past several months I can’t speak highly enough about the entire experience. It feels like I never left. From the moment I walked in, I was re-welcomed with open arms by the staff and members. It’s clear that the mission statement coincides with being passionate about helping every individual reach their full potential, regardless of fitness level. This tenure coaching staff is truly remarkable. Each coach is extremely knowledgeable and well-rounded on ways to modify each technique performed in the gym to accommodate different abilities, while consistently being supportive. Movements and techniques are explained in detail each day, no matter how many times we have executed the lift or WOD. I have personally learned more about proper techniques and what is best for my body while improving my overall lifestyle. What really sets the tone at Priority CrossFit is us! The atmosphere is motivating with no shortage of positive energy and camaraderie among the members. Everyone cheers each other on, and it truly feels like a team environment, even during individual workouts. I have been able to be completely honest with myself, my performance, and where realistically I want to be at my age. I know my fitness matters, but my health also matters at Priority CrossFit. Read moreI love Priority CrossFit! My first time at the gym was to sign up my school-aged sons for CrossFit Kids. This was such a great option for them, instead of crowded karate classes. The instructors worked diligently with my sons, teaching them the basics of weightlifting and ensuring proper form for a wide variety of exercises. This was a huge confidence-booster for one of them in particular; after not being in team sports since kindergarten, he was willing to join the junior varsity football team in high school. I saw how helpful this was for my sons, and decided to join myself too. I appreciate the way there is always an option for scaling an exercise to your ability level, by adjusting weights or reps or other options. Read moreI joined Priority Crossfit with a personal trainer for pain management May 2020. I have Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and was still struggling from a hip surgery a year prior. My personal trainer has been AMAZING and she takes into account my condition and past injuries to create our workouts. I could barely walk after the first session but now five months later I can do proper squats without pain.
