Hyper Energy Bar — Restaurant in Altoona

I really liked this location when it first opened, but lately, the lines have been taking much longer than before. I’m not sure if they’re short-staffed or if something else has changed, but I’ve definitely noticed a difference. The staff is still super nice and friendly, but I think they might need more help or a better system to keep things moving, even outside of rush hour. Also, it would be great if they could start labeling drinks again—it really helps people like me who pick up drinks for the whole office. It gets confusing trying to figure out whose drink is whose without labels. Hoping to see some improvements because I do enjoy...

Hello I've been a loyal customer of the Altoona Hyper since it opened, and while I love the drinks, the line is becoming not worth it. Typically, each car takes about 3-5 minutes, which is unfortunate but can be expected. However, today I waited for over 10 minutes and only saw one car go through on each side. I understand being busy, but when the lines grow to 10+ cars in both lanes and each car takes almost 10 minutes, it's excessive. I left after waiting 15 minutes and moving only once. I want to keep coming, but I can't justify waiting over 45 minutes for a drink that should take less than 90...

I love the drinks at this location - they are always made fast and taste amazing! There's always a long line which is to be expected (drinks are amazing and its the only location on the east side of town) The workers are also always so nice to me everytime I go and I've gone so often they know me and we always talk! I do have to say I miss the ducks that they had out on the ledge (reason for the one star) and the old manager not being there anymore is a shame as she was super helpful and sweet. Will definitely miss her knowledge...
