McDonald's — Restaurant in Altus

Only reason I rated 2stars is I've always liked McDonald's fries but it's kinda hard to mess up fries. As far as the rest of the menu not my first choice or second at that. partly because customer service has always sucked the drive thru staff or employees are the worse I've ever seen at a fast food establishment,number one there very rude,number two they look as if you are burdening or bothering them (as if the expressions on there face say hurry up I've got more important things to do then the job I was hired for), third they look very unhappy every single time to a point it makes you feel uncomfortable like you did something wrong by ordering food there,and forth( which I could go on about this area of McDonalds ) they are some of the most uneducated people I've ever met and I'm not saying this to be mean but you should be able to type and operate the computer your taking someone's order from but most of all customer service is all about customer relations which theres absolutely none here as if there scared to really talk to you as they give you dirty looks. Last but not least been coming here for years but over time I've found much better exstablishments which some are more expensive some are about the same or more inexpensive but I hardly go to McDonalds anymore cause over the years it's gotten worse and every single time I've been there theres always something missing in the bag that I ordered and paid for but never recieved finally I said enough is enough and have made a commitment to myself and family never to go there again and so far so good was the best decision i ever made cause for awhile i thought it was just me but as I've seen how everyone else handles there customers. It made me realize they're customer actually sucks and always has that it was not just me. By far is the worse McDonalds I've ever been too and I've been to a lot of them especially when I used to travel as a salesman for a huge company in California I was traveling and stay in different cities,towns,and states every week gone 10 months out of the year sometimes so i ate at a lot of them as well as dennys and by far this is the worse I've...

The manager at night needs to be nicer to her employees and maybe learn a little better customer service. She was extremely rude to us and her employee right in front of us. We came in an hour before the play land was closing and it ead already blocked off. But the employee said that we could play since my daughter asked nicely and it was her birthday. we assured her that we would not make a big mess and we will clean up after ourselves and then the manager came and got on to her for letting us play(during the designated play time). She was rude to her employee and never looked at or addressed us directly! We were standing right there beside the employee.

We did make sure that we left the area very clean, we picked up chairs and put them back on tables for the employee, we thanked them again for letting us play, and then we left right before the area was supposed to close. Overall the other employees were very nice and the food was fresh! They even gave my daughter a Happy meal toy for her birthday! I just felt so bad for the lady having to put up with that abuse and being talked to the way she was and all in front of us and other customers! It was so very unprofessional of the manager. After thinking this was a good job a safe job, it's not even the customers (except one) that are dangerous it's the management, after quitting and still getting food from there the quality of service and the manager that everyone fears has only gotten worse tonight I walked away with half my order no receipt (DON'T USE THE KIOSK) faulty, doesn't print receipts, and it's completely up to the employees as the screen is mostly hidden from public view so they ripped me off about 20$ worth of food out of sheer pettiness. With that being said yes the manager who everyone fears was there this evening June 28 and as expected she yelled at the cashier " don't leave your drawer open I'll blame you if we get robbed" mind you said manager was getting change for the drawer. Don't eat in, always check your food, and get a receipt even then you may still end up with wrong food cold food or just no food at all 😞. I actually like McDonald's but from now on I will have to have someone else order for me.
