Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Alvin

This fast food restaurant is conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 6 and Highway 35, but this fast–food restaurant is located on Highway 6. The drive–up window service has two lanes, so there is almost no waiting to give your irder, and your order is generally given to you within 4–7 minutes after you order it, depending or not if you have specialty order. There is also curbside ordering available, with a plethora of handicapped parking spots. The parking lot is large as well, so there is plenty of room to park as well. This fast–food restaurant is open for sit–down dining as well. A BIG shout–out to Angel, Yelmi, and Mrs. Farina, the manager for making my visits there memorable ones. Much appreciated!!! Your ladies rock!!! By the way there is a Home 🏡 Depot store located across the highway from this Chick–fil–A 🐔 location. There is also a gas station about 200 feet away from this restaurant's location as well. Also, the is a Wal–Mart SuperCenter, about a 1/4 of mile away ftom this...

I CLEARLY asked for a 30 pc. GRILLED nugget and the order was repeated to me as "GRILLED", but in the end I recieved FRIED nuggets instead.... I checked my food in the drive thru, but I was really looking just to see if it was all there.... I honestly didn't open the nugget box until I got home, I then found out my "GRILLED" nuggets were in fact FRIED! My mistake.... I guess... but.. at this price point.. ORDERS SHOULD BE ACCURATE! There is really nothing practical I can do about it even after calling.... I can either..... drive several miles back to the restaurant and waste a rediculous amount of time and money, or just suck it up and eat something I paid a premium for that I really don't even want as a meal... The price point is not worth this kind of service. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me at this location! Its not like this is McDonalds pricing... Fast food orders should be 100% accurate for this premium price point! I will not make the same mistake...

Not only do 90% of my orders end with missing items. I never once complained expect this last month. I was grateful that the manager went above and beyond to make it right by replacing the cold food… but today I asked my partner to pick up the food inside due to his work truck being to big for drive thru. He walked in and was not welcome with the usual Chick-fil-A greeting. Ive worked at Chick-fil-A in the galleria I know what it is. Anyways he was stared at by every one and never once greeted and never once asked “how may I help you”.. nothing.. he did notice as soon as certain ppl came in everyone shouted with a Chick-fil-A greeting and welcome.. so much courtesy but I guess you can’t coming in work clothes that are (trade/dingy) or maybe you can’t come in looking a certain race idk but this place is the up most flawed of all the Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been too.. 59S Chick-fil-A @ west airport, Sienna Chick-fil-A, galleria Chick-fil-A, etc.. pls do better Alvin...
