Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alvin

Alvin Pizza Hut is a scam... I looked up Alvin Pizza Hut to order online. What a nightmare!!! I ordered the Big Dinner Box had 3 extra topping put on my pizza plus ordered pasta. Total came to almost $48.00. The lady said it will be about 45 minutes I was happy with that. Then I get a call from the Pizza Hut call center saying they can not deliver my pizza. I asked when my money will be returned he replies I'm not sure. So I call their Headquarters and made a complaint. The lady told me to call back and cancel my order. When I called them to cancel my order the guy replies you never made an order here. I called my bank told them Pizza Hut never delivered my order and claims I never ordered. The bank lady replies not only did they take your money for it they also reversed payment then took the payment again. I called Pizza Hut again to ask why they would take my money, reverse charges then take my money again. Again they replied I never placed an order. Hummmmm, it's funny that my bank says Pizza Hut did all this and denies I ordered. I guess Pizza Hut is out to steal and scam you out of your money too now. As if their not making enough as it is. Thank God I have a bank account so I had a way to get my money or Pizza Hut would have just gotten away with it and I'd be out almost $50. Beware ordering online from Pizza Hut you might get ripped off or scammed out your money too, and then they will tell you well theres nothing we can do about it. You know 10 years ago Pizza Hut never had a call center if you were to far they'd tell you not have someone call you 5 minutes after you place an order to tell you they cant deliver and not know when your money will get back on your card. Horrible service! I ordered a stuffed crust two topping, garlic knots, and wings. Pizza was very thin, not cut so I had to use my own pizza cutter, only had one topping, and the garlic knots were cold without marina sauce that came included. I called for a refund, and the manager proceeded to tell me I could only get a refund for the pizza, because the garlic knots missing marina sauce is only worth 50 cents and cannot refund the whole order. The manager, Jovani I believe, was just very unprofessional and just did not take accountability for the situation. I tried to tell her, it's not just the cold garlic knots, no marina sauce, or ruined pizza, it's the fact that I have to wait on the phone and go through this BS for 20 minutes.

Update: The current manager was very helpful. Customer service was supposed to add a free pizza to our phone number in order to rectify the situation, apparently they never did. The current manager didn't try to fight us when we called and just gave us a free pizza coupon for our order. I appreciate someone who just tries to make the...

It's always a gamble to order from here (I suppose it depends on who's working) sometimes its good and other times (more often than not) its just bad. You always have to order extra sauce for wings because they're practically sauceless and then they forget the extra sauce you paid for. They also raised their delivery fee and started using Door Dash which I personally don't like. The sad part is that when I am at my friends house in Webster and order Pizza Hut it's always good, so it's definitely a problem with this location, and it's been like this for a while and judging from the other reviews it seems management doesn't care since things don't change. I and my family are done throwing money away on this subpar location, and I hope people start voicing their displeasure with their wallets, because this place has no care at all for their food or patrons.
