Starbucks — Restaurant in Alvin

I went to this location due to the fact it was close to where I was. Mistake... I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte and a chocolate croissant. When the girl behind the counter had it ready,she threw it on the counter ,it then traveled to the other side towards me. I stood there looking at her and the croissant. She had taken a few steps away from the counter and started towards the register area. The male that made my coffee started to hand it to me when the female spoke. She looked at me and said you ordered the croissant?!! She said it rudely, giving me an unfriendly look . I said yes and picked up my croissant and Latte. It gets better.... the two tables by the windows was put together and had a laptop and personal belongings along with paperwork. Nobody there,I did see a male standing and talking to someone close by. He might of worked for Starbucks or Kroger. There was only one table in the back corner available. I asked the male about the seating area. He told me I could sit outside. Ok... I go outside and the tables are dirty. I mean like they haven't been cleaned for days . Dirt is on them plus food . I go to my car in the parking lot . My Latte is not hot,and not enough whip cream on it . My croissant is not warm,it was suppose to be heated up. This has taught me a lesson. Never get your coffee from a shop inside of a grocery store. Poor ,unfriendly, unprofessional service. So disappointed. Such a nice cool day to sit and sip a hot Pumpkin Spice Latte and enjoy a chocolate croissant. Oh well....so...

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went last night an HOUR before closing. The woman was cleaning and when she saw me, she looked at her watch to indicate that she didn’t appreciate me being there (an hour) before closing. She then made me wait several minutes while she continued to clean. When she finally took my order, she rolled her eyes and very rudely asked what I wanted. She then cut me off mid order to tell me she couldn’t make my drink the way I wanted. She rushed to make the drink, handed it to me without saying a word, and stormed off. Do not start cleaning and preparing to close an entire hour before your shift is over. Do not get mad at customers for ordering an hour before closing. Do not catch an attitude with customers because you clearly don’t like your job. If you don’t like your job,...

I’m not usually a Karen but i was there earlier and Brandon or Brendon whatever his name is was absurdly unprofessional, i stated my vanilla bean FRAP(which should be a thicker icy consistency) was watery and was visibly made with very minimal ice & he began to argue that he in fact did add ice and i was the mistaken one. I then politely stated i wish you could taste it so you can see how watery this is & he had the AUDACITY to taste it !!!! I will say by then he had already made me a new one and was comparing to further imply how wrong i was . Completely unprofessional & definitely worth making this my very 1st review....
