Wingstop — Restaurant in Alvin

I ordered a 6 piece wing combo online. I went to pick it up at the estimated time to pick it up and they were busy and I was told to come back in 20 minutes. I picked my food up and had to reheat my fries in air fryer to cook them some more as they were undercooked. The wings were over cooked, did not have any breading on them and barely had rub/seasoning on them with a pool of grease in the wing box. They looked like hard oven baked wings not fried wings. I called back up there to give my review. The girl who answered said she didnt know where her manager was n sounded unbothered. I was persistent in speaking to the mngr so she said she was busy taking orders but would put me on hold until the mngr came back. A few secs later someone got on the phone (which wasnt the mngr because he had a diff voice than the guy running it when i went inside). He asked a bunch of questions, made excuses and got a little defensive. He finally offered to remake my food but they were closing soon (10-15 min). I just wanted to notify them as I know they were busy but any restaurant should want to strive to make food with quality. Looking at the bad reviews they are consistent with my experience... Food not cooked right n terrible customer service. The guy on the phone did in the end apologize which was ok hopefully they will be mindful of production of quality when busy. If corporate came in everyone would be fired or dinged...if they would have called and heard how they initially responded they wouldve been reprimanded on customer service. I appreciate his final offer and response...everything before that 2 thumbs down. I won't be going back... Knew i shouldn't have gotten wing stop tonight... They usually are hit or miss depending on locations. I said if I get sick tomorrow I will...

I don’t write reviews often. I moved to Alvin about 6 months ago and knew I would love having a wing stop down the street. I have ordered at least 6 times. For one, they start knowing my exact order every time I call, since we order the same thing every time. Two, the last I went in to pick up my order I met Beau. He just had an awesome attitude even though it was 10 pm. I lost my receipt and couldn’t do an official review but man, his energy was electrifying and put a smile on my face. Me and my husband talked about him and how he is really going to go places, simply for his positive outlook. Thanks Beau for making our night. Also, I would recommend getting the wings extra crispy, they give every bite a crunch but keep the wings really moist still! So far this location has not done me wrong, and I hope it doesn’t, we take our wings...

i would give 0 stars if i could. called in an order at 6pm, they say it will take 45 min and i was fine with waiting. i roll up at 6:50 to pick up my order, the cashier was not able to locate my order which led him to ask his coworkers if anyone has taken my order, to which the staff replied with a no and start laughing. i just waited for an order that never was placed for 45 mins and now the employees are sitting there laughing about it 🙃 and yes i 100% called and placed my order with the alvin location! this place is a joke. i also would like to mention they had “go down in the dm” blaring through the facility so that should let you know everything about the environment your about to walk into. wing stop just aint worth it people. avoid...
