I NEVER complain about anything. EVER. Nor do i ever arugue with people. But ugh, Jessica at Dominoes on Hillside, who I swear has a dry attitude everytime I see her in the window has HORRIBLE customer service! I don’t even live near this Dominoes but come here because the first few times I came.. the guys have been literally the sweetest!!
I ordered my pizza late so I sat and waited in the parking lot for it to be ready.. immediately when it said it was ready.. I went to the window. She comes to the window and I tell her my order is for Jessica. She comes back and says “I’m sorry, your order was handed out to another person. Can I get you a drink or desert?” I say sure but how long will the desert take? And she says not long, it’ll go in with the pizza and I’ll bring it out to you. She lists their desserts that included only 1 serving so I ask for the cinnamon twists instead because I have 3 kids that would want dessert too. She says sure with her dry attitude as if it were inconvenient and walks away so I pull to the front. I waited for 20 minutes and she never came out so I go in to see if it’s ready and she slides me 2 boxes.. so I said “it’s been ready this entire time? You said you were gonna bring it out to me.” She goes back and forth with me.. “I didn’t say that. I said you could come in and get it.” Ok, whatever I’m not gonna go back and forth with you. So I just go ahead check the boxes because one looks small and it’s not even what I ordered!! Her excuse was that it wasn’t large because it’s stuffed crust.. first of all I didn’t even order stuffed crust!!! She tried giving me a stuffed crust sausage pizza with a cookie brownie, not even close to my order!!! So now she puts my order in AGAIN “so they can make it” girl what??!!! That’s what yall were suppose to be doing!! So now I have to wait another 20 minutes!!! And I say and “I didn’t even ask for the cookie brownie, I wanted the cinnamon twists.” And she says “I offered you a dessert.” Girl I don’t care!! I been sitting here for an hour!!! So I said “yeah and I deserve even more than that too!!” And she says “oh you do??” Girl grow up and do better!!!
All just horrible!!! I left at 1:15 and my order was put in at 12:14!!! And what do I get?? My boxes slid over the counter to me and walked off. No apology and an attitude as if I was the one who made the order wrong TWICE!!
I never argue with anyone, not even my husband but my kids have been in the car for an hour for a simple funky (excuse my language) pizza and you have an attitude with me like I messed up the order...
Read moreI order pizza from Domino's every 3 weeks for my pharmacy staff. I ordered from the one on Hillside Rd in Amarillo this time. It was such an awful experience due to CARLOS, the under qualified terrible customer service so-called manager at this location! The young man that answered the phone was kind, but it was his first week, and he was very undertrained. I had to give him my order 4 times then after paying with my cc that I had to give twice, he told me that the payment was $0.96 short. He then said he didn't know why, but needed my cc number again. I asked if I could just give the driver an extra $1 instead of charging my cc again for less than $1. ONE HOUR AND 14 MINUTES LATER when we still had not received our pizza, I called with concern. They told me that they tried to deliver it to someone named "Tim" at 7410 Cason Rd. That's not my name nor the address that I gave 3 times. He put his mgr CARLOS on who told me that they sent it to the address given and that the person who came to the door stated he did not order any pizza. Instead of calling the ph# they had and read back to me and asking for the name on the receipt all my info, including my name spelled correctly, was on the receipt when it finally came to me, he said he decided to just wait for me to call to check-in on the undelivered order. He didn't apologize or offer a refund, etc. Instead as I voiced my concerns and confusion, HE - CARLOS - HUNG UP ON ME. I called back to finish conversation bc I thought maybe we got disconnected by accident, and he did it yet again. Maybe he was embarrassed bc of his error, but he took that emotion out in anger with me. He was so unprofessional and demeaning over their error that I will never order from any Domino's again. Read moreI ordered three large three topping pizzas via telephone this morning. While ordering, I learned that the price is $13.99 per pizza for delivery, as opposed to $7.99 per pizza for pick up. That is almost double the price. The lady that took my order was professional and explained that there is a $2.99 delivery charge per pizza, and $1 per topping charge as well. I don't understand the additional $1 per topping charge just because the order is for delivery. The lady also told me that corporate sets the pricing, but when I called corporate, I was informed that the location I called is a franchise, and that franchises set their own prices. I will give the lady the benefit of the doubt, and not assume that she was lying, but rather that she did not know what she was talking about. I was told that Dominos does not pay the delivery drivers for delivering pizzas. My complaint is ultimately not about money, as I tipped the delivery driver $15. My complaint is that the cost of having a large pizza delivered is almost twice as much as the same pizza being picked up. I did ask to speak to the general manager, but was told that the manager is on vacation.
