Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Amarillo

I fell in love with these drinks when a friend brought me one. Ive had to wait a good minute before my order was done on a few occasions but it's always been worth the wait. Their menu isn't so big you have to wrack your brain to choose and they have interesting holiday beverages too. The Broistas who work there are friendly every time I've been there, including earlier today. I can tell they know what they're doing because I've had to make Decaf orders and I've seen them dump espressos shots because they didn't come out the way it should for it. There's a perfect view of the machines from the pickup window. I'm not picky, I would have chugged it either way as long as it's Decaf beans used but they legit redid it until I saw it pour nice & smooth instead of watery. Love that take pride in their art as well since the guy there today was trying so hard to make the drizzle really nice(he tossed the first lid & redid it). Again I'm not picky but it's nice to see they take care of their stuff & have pride in it. I will always recommend if you enjoy good flavor & a friendly/welcoming atmosphere where they get your order right...

It was only my 3rd time going to Dutch Bros. I figure I needed coffee and it was right across the street from where I stay for work. I have to admit the last two times I didn't have good experiences and this one, well.... It wasn't really any different. I downloaded the app and got a free drink which was awesome so my order was an oat milk iced chai with two shots (not really an oat milk fan but soymilk wasn't an option so that's okay 👍 I love chai so I went for it) it had way too much ice for my "light ice" option. I feel like the chai flavor was just a hint? So really I got iced oat milk espresso? Mind you my order wasn't ready when I got there though I was literally across the street and had a time slot for pick up. The lemon poppyseed given to me I thought would be warmed but I got it in it's packaging (which was sticky). The two employees who helped me, even though service was slow they were very friendly. I like to order here I’ve always had a nice experience I get my orders right and a great service they treat you like a friend and you enjoy your drink. But today I just didn’t have a good experience. I had asked for a medium vanilla latte and a small raspberry latte, and well the drinks were not correct and she evidently saw she gave me the wrong size when she gave me the raspberry and said she charged it as small. I let the raspberry slide since it was already given to me in a medium and she was “nice “ about it. She told me it was $12.23, and I gave her $22.23 so I could have $10 back she didn’t count the change and gave me less money, I had to correct her. As I apologized for confusing her over something that I believed was supposed to be easy task she said that it was” just unesesary “ and well I’m sorry but that ticked me off since it was not a hard task if she had counted the money. Once I gave the vanilla drink to my brother he then says it was a Banana instead of the vanilla I asked for, so I’m sorry...
