Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Amarillo

I noticed I got charged twice for the same meal on a Friday around 5pm. Left a message for the day shift manager to call me since I was told no one could help me when I called around 6pm. No one called me all weekend which regardless I was waiting for the charge to come off pending because maybe it could’ve been just a glitch. Monday comes around and I’m still charged twice so I call before heading over after work and they hang up on me once they hear I needed a manager’s assistance. So I call back several times and it just rings and rings and rings. Disrespectful AF.

Update: called from my cell phone after work and the original guy who took my order answered and was as helpful as he could be as staff. Ultimately I just went to my bank to dispute the charges since I was having to waste my time trying to call/arrive when the owner...

05/13/22 - It was my first time going to a Weinerschnitzel in a VERY long time. I chose the drive-thru, placed my order, and pulled up to the window. The young man Hayden - apparently new to the position - greeted my pleasantly, but I noticed on the receipt that he'd missed the Wild Berry Floats. When I brought it to his attention, he quickly recognized his mistake, apologized, and rang them up - even granting me a discount (with supervisor Barbara's approval) because the mistake was his.

While the Chili Cheese Dog, the Chicago Dog, and the Chili Cheese Fries (don't forget the Wild Berry Floats!) were very tasty, it was Hayden's mature handling of his mistake that impressed me the most. Great job, Hayden! I will return specifically because of your excellent service.

Never had issues before with the Ross location however recently I had googled places to eat. For wiener schnitzel on Ross open till 3. I got there at 1050 there was another car at the window. I sat at the speaker for 15 min the other car had driven off and a line had accumulated behind me at the speaker. At about 1105 employees walked out when asked if they were closed they laughed and said yeah. No one once got on the speaker and informed us they were closed. And they saw the line from inside.
