The first 2 times I ate here it was really good. I was hooked on the pimento sandwich. I guess it was a fluke though, because every time after it's been disappointing in one way or another. After the first 2 visits, the pimento sandwich no longer had any sauce on it and the honey packets I asked for were never in the bag. Twice I've ordered a meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, both times they had no gravy on them. I went in once pick my online order up, to make sure I got my sauces, to see an employee sitting on an orange bucket on his phone in the kitchen right in front of the registers. He looked up at me with 0 acknowledgement and went back to whatever he was doing on his phone which was off putting to see that in a kitchen while other employees handle my food with no gloves on. The last time I went the pimento sandwich tasted like they used chicken that had been cooked earlier in the day. It was so hard, dried out, and nasty I threw it away. I also ordered jalapeno poppers and they charged me for ranch. They never used to charge for ranch with poppers. It wasn't like I asked for more than one so you'd think one would come with the poppers? Especially considering it was the only part of my meal I could actually eat after throwing my sandwich away. Not bad, considering I felt like I had to park so far away. Would consider using the drive thru next time. The good thing about this place is they offer Pepsi products and Coke products. If you like Diet coke, you are out of luck here....Tha k GOD for that! They offer Pepsi Zero. The food was ok, but I must have received a bad batch of French Fries because they were cardboard stale. The Tender salad and Spicy Chicken Sandwich were on point. The catfish was ok but not something I'll order again. Overall not bad. If the fries and parking were better they would have...

The food is great The chicken strips are awesome and what I like about it is the people here when you order a certain piece you may get a couple extra more. Everything here is cooked hot and fresh so there's nothing wrong with that. The people on the other hand are very cold and standoffish they can be friendly or they can be non-friendly. This is a franchise owned system and it seems it is selected for only a certain group of ethnicity which concerns me but other than that it's good food.
