Thai Dragon Food Truck — Restaurant in Amarillo

So I have only tried the Jerky with sticky rice and the spring rolls (so far) in which all blew my taste buds away. My youngest kid is a very picky eater and he loved all of the food wanting more. No I didn't take pictures of the food cause we devoured the food so quickly. I plan on getting everything on the menu, I promise to take pictures. Honestly wasn’t expecting much. But…it ended up being pretty dang good. I got the 20$ plate with ribs, brisket, sticky rice. Had more fat on the brisket than most but yet u could still eat it all and had a good flavor. Idk i liked it...
