Someone suggested I try Fergusons to get a nice tub. I had always felt that Fergusons was out of my budget, but I found an extremely nice tub for a reasonable price and it was in stock. I ordered it from their rep Kermit, it would be here on Friday..... and the drain kit...luckily there was one at my local Fergusons.
I went to the local Fergusons to get the drain kit for the contractor and they couldn't find it. They said sorry, we will order you one. It will be here on Monday.
Called Friday to get the tub. It didn't come in. "Could be in Saturday"
Monday rolls around, the tub and drain kit are there...although the guy cant find them in the system, they are right in front of him. Opened it...wrong tub.
The same morning (Monday) that I got the wrong tub, their customer relations rep, Alexis, apologized and said the right tub would be ready for me on Tuesday evening at my local Fergusons. Tuesday, I was told the truck would be in on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told that the truck driver was hot and cold on being there in the morning and probably he would pull up around 2. No call from Fergusons that the truck was there. At 330, I called and Ashley stated she really didn't know about the tub, but it would would probably be delivered on Friday. I hung up and called the local office and was told by Chris that the truck wasn't going to make it in today (Wednesday)...but it would be here tomorrow. "When tomorrow?" "They don't tell me that". So now, I have no expectations other than for whomever I talk to at Fergusons to cover the previous mis-statement with a unreliable response. Everyone is willing to say sorry. But really it is just pathetic customer service with a smoke screen from the phone folks... from what I thought was a top notch distributor. Stick with Lowes and Home Depot. You expect to be disappointed there. I just want to be fair...everyone at Fergusons is extremely nice. I love the tub. But do not set a calendar with your contractor by...
Read moreIf I could give this company no stars that is exactly what I would do. But fortunately for them they get 1... We bought all new appliances for our new built home. We went with 1 brand so that everything was the same line/style. The refrigerator started making a noise just over a year of being put in the house. I contacted Ferguson for assistance. I was told that "sorry but you are no longer covered." So I get an email that states here is a # you can call to tell GE your issues. Trying to get ahold of someone at that # has not worked. I'll just have to figure it out myself. But, one thing for sure is I will not purchase another appliance from an elegant looking store. Don't let the fancy setups fool ya. These appliances are just like the ones at any Lowes, Home Depot or Best...
Read moreIm waiting to select how many stars. So far, I have found one person willing to help me with my order. Christina helped me immediately select the perfect Bidet. This was the beginning of last week. Christina has been off since and I have not been able to get another person to help me. Even the person answering the phone left me on hold for 20 minutes. The receptionist tried to help but was disgruntled she had to leave her station. The other 2 salespeople were initially with other other customers or on the phone but neither made an attempt to help me once they were free, Whats going on over there? Im tempted to call the Ferguson in Austin or Lubbock but seems silly since we have one here. Short staffed? Anyway, be...
