Starbucks — Restaurant in Amarillo

The workers doesn't know what they are doing.They don't know how to make their drinks or even the prices of their stuff. They can't even make a drink on the menu that's on the screen. They don't know the price, so they charge way more then others Starbucks or on the app.They messed up my drink and charge 8$ for a grande iced vanilla protein latte and didn't even give me the cold foam that I pay for. Couldn't even ask for the cold foam because they were too busy, and would not even notice...

I'd leave no stars if I could the manager was rude because her night people don't know how to make coffee the other lady was willing to remake my drink but the manager stopped her because they close at 9pm and by the time I realized my drink was messed up it was after 9 and she told me they couldn't remake it because it wasn't the same day...am I supposed to travel back in time? I will never go to this location again be lucky if I go back to...
