Usually have a decent experience at this location however the last few times we've come we have had the misfortune of being served by Shawn everytime hes beyond rude. He sighs at everything you say & gets angry when you ask the bare basic questions. Today he cut my wife off at every point he could and then complained that we asked him to wash his hands because he handled our money then picked his nose. After all of that wonderful expressive work i went to grab the order instead of calling an order number he called out the food 5 people got up to see it was theirs upon asking whos order it was by number he responded with idk dont you know what you ordered. After we got our food i checked it to make sure it was right Shawn decided i was insulting him and made the remark that we didnt trust them to do their jobs, and that yall were in fact smart enough to do so. Went to this Wendy's this morning for some breakfast for my family. Got a Hispanic lady looked to be mid 30's maybe. Who gave me so much trouble. I tried to order more than 5 of $1 biscuits deal. I had my sister with me who was going to put her own order as well. But we were told no we couldn't do that. The limit as 5 and also total per car. So my sister wasn't able to out in her order. For the simple fact that it 'was over he limit'. So since I had already paid for "limit". I just went and got my order. Which was STILL WRONG (I DID NOT notice until we got home 😐). Because I was also told their was going 2 be a 5min wait. It was like 10mins or more. I had to go to a whole another Wendy's in River Rd. Got taken care of by a very nice and friendly staff. Got my order hot, fresh and correct. This very polite lady named Chayanne (hope I spelled it right) made sure everything was good. So Osage Wendy's 1 ★ Wendy's River...

Terrible service!! The drive-thru lady just sounds like she hates her job and to top it off they just threw in random stuff to fill in for what they did not have ready. Apple pecan comes with a grilled chicken and the put a nasty homestyle chicken that looked it was sitting in the sandwich station for hours. The new burger tasted nasty too because the patties where dry like they have been sitting in the grill for longer than 5 minutes. Just put the Pattie’s for the chilly already or don’t put some on the grill if they are just going to be sitting there till someone orders it. A chicken sandwich was replaced with 10 spicy chicken nuggets. Just a really lazy staff that does not care about customer service. Did not get a receipt so we can not claim that they where just not listing or just to cover up their actions. Oh well it just makes Wendy’s look like a bad company, when the ones to blame is...
