Wendy's — Restaurant in Amarillo

I go in to get food. Place my order, pay, then am told their drinks are out. Why sell drinks if you don't have a working machine to serve them? Then, I get to enjoy my experience further by wiping down my own damn table! Four kitchen staff, two of which were doing... Well, I'm not really sure WHAT they were doing, but it sure as hell wasn't kitchen duty (unless they've made an app to cook food, which legitimately would not surprise me). Not a single person can wipe down the tables? Or clean up the floors? Oh, and I get asked a minimum of three times, "Is this for here or to go?" and "What sauce did you want with that again?". I'd have some leniency on that part except this is the fourth time we've been here (because it's walking distance from the laundromat next door) and the experience hasn't changed. Wendy's corporate, either close this location like y'all were considering during the remodel or invest more in workers that give the slightest bit of care toward a job that's paying them money. I'm all for "act your wage", but this is ridiculous. Do better.

P.S. The redesign of copying what everyone else is doing isn't really cool, a retro theme (like this location used to have) would suit this...

If I could give the Wendy's location night crew on Western 10 star instead of a v I would. We had a horrible horrible day, trying to move time to the storage probably Uhaul problems problems problems just so happens to also be my birthday after being frustrated and not being able to get into our storage and having to stay in Amarillo and extra day we were starting and went to Wendy's you know it was late they made a fresh batch of tea for me which was fantastic they took my order and everything was fresh correct and I will miss the Wendy's from Amarillo and that's about it check the Wendy's so I thought I'd let somebody know some that's not from here doesn't know anybody they have a great crew there there's also a young girl during the daytime I can't remember her name I want to say Annalisa but I'm not sure in the Drive-Thru she was very good to us are the dates you just really made a standout impression on me thanks guys find the San Antonio native headed to Corpus for a new home. I went with my sister today and they were pretty busy (dinner time understandable) But when we got to the window the girl was very rude and had us sitting there for about 5 minutes after taking my card. Another girl came to the window and gave us our food and told us to have a good day (without our drinks and my card) I told her that the last girl didn’t give me my card back and that we had drinks. The first girl came back with my card (didn’t offer me my receipt and I didn’t get one) She gave us our drinks and she sighed and said “okay anything else?” which my sister and I thought was pretty disrespectful because the only thing we did was ask for the drinks that we paid for and my debit card back. Even better when we got home my order was wrong. I’m pretty dissatisfied, I understand that the rush can be stressful but her attitude was uncalled for on top of not even getting...
