Finally Aggie Ice Cream in Utah County!! This is the best ice cream you will ever taste.

After discovering this gem today, I went back again 2 hours later to try some more Aggie ice cream only this time I took my family and they loved it.

Inside one of their old greenhouses, Highland Gardens owners have added Bubba’s. We waited until it was dark and cooler outside before going. The space was cute and clean, but too dark! They had many great USU Aggie Ice Cream options, soft-serve ice cream, drinks, and even a rhubarb crumble! The Pomegranate Dole Whip was my favorite! Peach Crumbler is the star of this spot. I don't know of another place in Utah County that makes a treat quite like this. The peaches are local, just up the road from Bubba's I think.

The place is clean and they have cornhole for when the kids are done and want something to play.
