If I could give ZERO stars, I would! We ordered 2 street chalupas (STEAK) and the New discovery box that consists of 2 street chalupas, 2 tacos and cinnamon twists. When we received our food, there was 2 tacos and some random unknown things wrapped in burrito wrappers and thought we were given someone elseās food or didnāt get everything we ordered. As we were checking the bag, a man came to the window so my husband rolled ours back down and the man at the window says āyou got all your food?ā My husbandās reply was āweāre really not sureā and the man at the window then says āwell you need to move up and check so I can get the person behind youā which they literally just pulled up, but itās whatever. Then before he walked off my husband was trying to figure out what the random stuff was that was wrapped in the burrito wrapper & the man said it was a ā2 packā. Well nothing we ordered was a ā2 packā so I said āa 2 pack of what?ā The man said ā a 2 pack of what you orderedā. I told him we didnāt order a 2 pack, we ordered a ādiscovery boxā he said āthat is a discovery boxā, I said it doesnāt look like a discovery box so he then proceeded to ask what we ordered and I took everything out and he said, ānah thatās everything you ordered, itās all right there. See you got the 2 pack with the cinnamon twists and the tacos, we just donāt have the box.ā Which I couldnāt care less about a dang āboxā. How about just say ā maāam we had to wrap the chalupas in a burrito wrapper and thereās 2 in each foil wrapper. No, that would be too easy because youāre rude and youād rather sit there and argue with your customers instead of plainly explaining something politely. To top it all off after all the rudeness and arguing, we get down the road only to find out MY CHALUPAS WERE NOT STEAK, IT WAS CHICKEN!!!!...

Not only was there a hair in my food but when I went back to the establishment for the issue to be rectified, the manager on duty in addition to the gentleman who made my food questioned me like it was my fault. I do not appreciate being questioned about having hair in my food and I was about to finish the last little bit, I pulled the hair out of my mouth!!!!!I could have swallowed that if I was not conscious and aware of what was going on. None of the employees had on hair nets any type of beard nets, they were using the same gloves as when I came in as well as when I was leaving and returned. CLEANLINESS and the SAFETY of customers food should be top priority in a restaurant, especially during these times but it's DEFINITELY not at this Taco Bell.
