Taco Bell — Restaurant in Americus

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! We ordered 2 street chalupas (STEAK) and the New discovery box that consists of 2 street chalupas, 2 tacos and cinnamon twists. When we received our food, there was 2 tacos and some random unknown things wrapped in burrito wrappers and thought we were given someone else’s food or didn’t get everything we ordered. As we were checking the bag, a man came to the window so my husband rolled ours back down and the man at the window says “you got all your food?” My husband’s reply was “we’re really not sure” and the man at the window then says “well you need to move up and check so I can get the person behind you” which they literally just pulled up, but it’s whatever. Then before he walked off my husband was trying to figure out what the random stuff was that was wrapped in the burrito wrapper & the man said it was a “2 pack”. Well nothing we ordered was a “2 pack” so I said “a 2 pack of what?” The man said “ a 2 pack of what you ordered”. I told him we didn’t order a 2 pack, we ordered a “discovery box” he said “that is a discovery box”, I said it doesn’t look like a discovery box so he then proceeded to ask what we ordered and I took everything out and he said, “nah that’s everything you ordered, it’s all right there. See you got the 2 pack with the cinnamon twists and the tacos, we just don’t have the box.” Which I couldn’t care less about a dang “box”. How about just say “ ma’am we had to wrap the chalupas in a burrito wrapper and there’s 2 in each foil wrapper. No, that would be too easy because you’re rude and you’d rather sit there and argue with your customers instead of plainly explaining something politely. To top it all off after all the rudeness and arguing, we get down the road only to find out MY CHALUPAS WERE NOT STEAK, IT WAS CHICKEN!!!!...

I placed a mobile order and chose to pick up inside…..I Went to pick up my food and when I get there….the doors are locked…a worker was sitting in a both and did not attempt to get up and come to the door…I drove around to the window and told the lady that I was there to pick up my mobile order and she told me that I had to wait in line even when my order was ready for pickup….the line was long as hell because they take one order at a time and after that order is prepared and picked up they take another…it’s so annoying ….I drove back around and called I. To ask for a refund…I was told by a guy that I had to cancel online….there’s no way to cancel…I called back there twice and no one answers the phone ..I will never order from Taco Bell again…and they need to change the app to show unavailable because what’s the point in ordering online when you still have to wait in the drive try to pick it up………..update….I went back to get the food only because my daughter’s still wanted it…I waited in line again…and then this female dog…them precedes to tell me that I had to tell them through that speaker that I was there for my mobile order..knowing that it’s ready…I asked her was my food ready and she said No…I asked about my refund and she grabbed a flyer just to tell me to call 1800 Taco Bell…..man I swear at this point ….it took everything in me to control my temper because why wasn’t that mentioned the first 2 freaking times! And these late shift people are assholes….and it’s an older guy in there…knowing damn well his age is too big to be playing with peoples food…never again…I wish I could post with no stars given…they didn’t earn it. My experience was horrible!! I am flabbergasted as well as appalled at the incompetence of the employees at this Taco Bell location. Not only was there a hair in my food but when I went back to the establishment for the issue to be rectified, the manager on duty in addition to the gentleman who made my food questioned me like it was my fault. I do not appreciate being questioned about having hair in my food and I was about to finish the last little bit, I pulled the hair out of my mouth!!!!!I could have swallowed that if I was not conscious and aware of what was going on. None of the employees had on hair nets any type of beard nets, they were using the same gloves as when I came in as well as when I was leaving and returned. CLEANLINESS and the SAFETY of customers food should be top priority in a restaurant, especially during these times but it's DEFINITELY not at this Taco Bell. I will never return to this establishment and I suggest that no one goes there either or you'll have beard hair from some random person in your food and you may not catch it and end up eating it.
