Scooters on 16th is the place to go if you’re in the mood for sugary coffee drinks made with oily, over roasted beans in a hurry. I dont get why it's not standard for all scooters to read back orders. Corporate says stores are supposed to, but any location ive been to do not read back the order at all. Many times I have to repeat my order at the window and even then I'm not sure I'll get what I order. The bagel had frosting burned all over the bottom and was cold as well as my drink not having the correct syrup. I usually don't make comments but this location needs some work and all locations should read back orders not just for the customer, but saves time and product...
