UPDATE: store manager Nathan called me this morning and apologized. He confirmed this wasnā€™t the way I was supposed to receive my order but it was an honest mistake by his employee. He apologized for the inconvenience and is making it right.

Original review:

Had a delivery order for a pint of ice cream and a Reeseā€™s ice cream cup (separate item,not an add on like chopped up Reeseā€™s toppings). Opened the bag and only saw the ice cream, thought they forgot the Reeseā€™s cup. Took 4 bites of ice cream and realized they put the Reeseā€™s cup inside the pint of ice cream. As you can see it took up over half the pint of ice cream. Again, this was not a topping of ice cream. The Reeseā€™s cup was a completely separate item not related to the pint of ice cream. Ridiculous. Use...

I was greeted when I walked in even though they just greeted the last group in front of us. Zach asked me what could he help me with, I informed him of my food allergies and he went to the back grabbed some things and I let him know what I wanted. While the other guy helped my friend, Zach and the woman were very helpful in helping me avoid possible reactions by preparing my delicious dessert separately. The environment was friendly, clean, and chill. My friend stated it was chilly, but it's ice cream you know. Anyways, thanks for the adventure and good eats. I'd definitely come again. I have OCD and can't rate 5 stars, so...

A buddy of mine told me about this amazing deal you guys had going on - two love-its for $11.00. I was very pleased to learn that not only was that deal going on when I showed up, but that deal is on 24/7! Not sure how you guys make money with such a hot deal going on at all times, but I'll definitely be back to enjoy it!

Also, 4-stars only from me. I think that you should replace your Watermelon Sorbet with another batch of Cake Batter ice cream. I probably shouldn't dock you points for having such a diverse range of flavors, but maybe my negative review will lead to positive change.

When I heard about the waffle cones and bowls I had to go immediately. I ended up getting the chocolate ice cream (excellent) in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl. The home maid waffle bowl was 100% worth it and had nothing to do with other ice cream waffles I've had. On top of that the person who served the ice cream was really nice and offered a few ice cream samples until we decided. Great experience! I'll be going back soon.
