Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Amherst Township

On 911/1023 @8:30 at night, my husband and I pulled into this truck stop in hopes that Popeyes was still open. They were, but they were closing in 30 minutes. As I approached the counter Sarah asked me what I would like to order, I ordered 2 #5 tenders 1 with mashed potatoes and 1 with fries, she was a bit flustered bit that's because 2 people before me had been yelling at her bc their was no receipt paper. Seriously, it's not that important to yell at someone. It wasn't her fault. She kept apologizing, and I told her to breathe and take her time. I wasn't in a hurry, and their is no one behind me. So they were out of tenders, but the very nice man in the back made me fresh ones, I told him he didn't have too and I could order something else. He told me it was no problem. I said thank you. Sarah continued to make my order while he made some chicken. It was about 15 mins or so, but it was totally worth the wait. Sarah and the 2 other people that were their served me with a smile and even asked how my day was going. It was late and they were tired but my service was amazing! My food was amazing! We will be back, Sarah! Sorry if If I spelled...

Horrible management and staffing issues!

I only gave this place 1 star because I couldn't give it a minus 10 stars!

I ordered a 12 piece dark for 23.09 + tax and I received 6 wings, 1 breast that was so tiny that I couldn't distinguish it from a thigh, 3 thighs and 2 legs...

When I told the girl at the counter that wings are not dark meat she told me that dark meat is legs, thighs and wings (and apparently miniature breasts based on what was packed in my box of chicken) and they can't take the order back and correct it... Which is something that I've never heard of in my life at a restaurant where you didn't even leave the counter with the order...

And to add insult to injury the legs and thighs were brown inside and...

Who ever the manager of this store is should be ashamed of themselves. First I couldn’t order what I wanted because as the cashier told me “we got in trouble and had to stop selling Mac and cheese” Seriously? You can’t make Mac n cheese without getting in trouble? Second after watching the person before me, the person after me and several other get their food I finally got mine. Never new it was so difficult to put two pieces of chicken in a box. When I opened the box the chicken was so awful looking I immediately returned it and got my money back. I can only attribute this all to failed management,...
