Burger King — Restaurant in Amherst

If i could give this place a zero, i would. Placed my order. During the order, steven, the cashier, thought it was funny that they were out of most of the items I was trying to order. Then, the guy bagging the food called me back up to the counter (I've already paid at this point) to tell me that 2 out of the 4 sandwiches I had ordered were now not available either. I could have my money back or something else...mind you, they were now out of chicken fries, chicken tenders, spicy chicken sandwiches, onion rings, chicken nuggets, and breaded chicken sandwiches..... i ended up walking out, after 10 minutes, with a cold as hell whopper, a bacon king, a grilled chicken sandwich and the last existent original chicken sandwich..... knowing they were out of all.of this, they were still letting the line pile up. Now there's parents with hungry children being told that there is basically nothing their kid wants. One poor dad started to lose it and raise his voice a little when steven had failed to notify him while he was placing his order that they were out of all this stuff. His 2 kids just wanted to eat. All the while steven was still grinning and the guy bagging the food kept his back to the crowd that was forming as much as possible, rather than letting people know so that they could at least make the choice if the wanted to go somewhere else, rather than be stuck in the mile long line all for nothing.... it was HORRIBLE! And what food we did get, was...

They messed my order up twice and took forever! They do whatever they want to your food! Despicable! I ordered non-broiler Impossible and they broiled it. Went back to complain, the cook starts arguing with me trying to tell me it's not broiled! Then on the next one, to spite me he put a ton of mayo which I didn't want , one measley little chunk of lettuce, and overcooked the patty! All four employees were not friendly and were rude! From the moment I walked-in until the moment I sat down to eat after complaining online fifty minutes were spent. The manager started arguing with me about why the cashier took my order and then turned her back to me! Someone needs to teach these...

I'm a transgender woman. The gentlemen behind the counter (frizzy hair, glasses) took my order. After a ten minute wait, I got what I ordered (chicken nuggets) but did not receive sauce. When I asked for some, he smirked and said "what type would you like SIR?"

It was pretty damn obvious by the way I was dressing and talking that I identify as a woman, and the smirk really makes me think he did it entirely on purpose. There was a huge line, allot of people were already staring at me, and after that they all were. I curtly corrected him with a "Ma'am" before answering his question.

You need to train your employees on this or something, because clearly this guy has zero...
