Starbucks — Restaurant in Amherst Township

Horrible service. :( I did a mobile order. Got to the counter about 5 min after I placed it (estimated wait time in my app was 4-7 minutes). My drinks weren’t on the counter. There was a customer in line and after their drink was made the employees weren’t doing anything. I politely asked if they had received a mobile order with 2 drinks, to which I received zero response. But the 2 girls working glanced at their screen and started making drinks. Trying to confirm whether or not my order had gone through, I asked again about my drinks and was ignored, again. I stepped back and waited to see if the drinks they were making were mine, which they were, thankfully. When I picked them up from the counter I said “thank you”, to which I received a “yep” in response. I’m from Europe and don’t expect (nor do I enjoy) fake, syrupy sweet customer service. This is my second SB stopped this morning. I stop once in Indiana on the turnpike and then this location. IN service was god awful and our drinks weren’t made correctly. Decided to stop again before getting off turnpike and ordered our usual drinks and egg bites and a wrap. I place a mobile order got in there to find 10 people waiting in line to order and about 6 waiting for previous orders and 3 mobile orders. The two ladies had a wonderful system and was working orders fast and doing them correctly. I did wait longer than my mobile order stated but I honestly don’t care when I see 2 people working alone and a floor full of people waiting!! We were at the Amhearst Service Center on the Ohio Turnpije yesterday at 5:36 pm to get a black coffee and a Decaff Caramel Frappuccino. When I got the Decaff Caramel Frappuccino, it had zero decaf espresso in it. It was pure white with some caramel drizzle on top. I asked where the coffee was in it. They said that is what a decaf Caramel Frappuccino is! The other barista said it's just has. Cream/ milk in it. So a slushy milk with a drizzle of caramel? They said yes. I had to use some of my husband's caffeinated coffee in my so called DECAFFEINATED caramel Frappuccino! You may want to inform the "Barristas " what Decaf means!...
