Always very slow & very long wait in drive thru. Rude staff (not all, but many). I was served a disgusting dark roast coffee with no sugar & hardly any cream, only a shade above black, when I had requested holiday blend extra extra. Coffee tasted like it had been sitting all day, extremely bitter & couldn't even drink it. I brought it back & they remade it (after I literally had to yell excuse me multiple times!) and I was still very disappointed. I had told them extra extra a second time when bringing it back inside the shop, and again was hardly given any sugar or cream. Saying it was a regular amount the second time it was made is being generous. I wish they'd retrain some of their employees. Extra extra means light/sweet. Not one or two pumps of cream & one or two sugars, that would be considered regular, not extra extra!! I've worked at a Dunkin years ago. Honestly, it's not a hard job! Please listen to your customers when taking orders & if they are to complain, don't be rude about it please. We're paying for our orders, we should leave happy. Just like you're being paid to do your job. No need to be nasty! Just a suggestion. To those doing satisfactory work, thank you! Obviously this negative experience doesn't involve your entire crew...but if a customer is standing at the counter, they shouldn't be ignored, especially with at least 4/5 employees on shift & no other customers inside. Read moreCame to this Dunkin' donuts around 4:30 and I saw the sign for a $3 medium pumpkin cream cold brew. So I ordered that she told me my total was over $4 and I said the sign says it's $3. She said yeah well we're not doing that anymore. I said well the sign says you are? I was just surprised that she didn't honor it and then maybe have someone go out there and take the sign out. I have worked at fast food places in the past and anytime there has been mistakes like that it's usually just honored because the sign said it and it was the business's fault for not taking the sign down. Also I've never been greeted before the way I was greeted at the drive-thru which was , "do you know what you want" I thought that was a bit odd. In a nutshell bad service. I usually avoid this location because it takes so long here to get your order and when you do get your order my drink is always bad I usually just get an iced coffee with cream but they somehow screw that up every time so I won't be going to this...

After waiting another minute we realized they are not going to serve is unless we are in the drive-thur. So after having to repeat our order at least 4 times because the drive-thru speakers are garbage and they apparently can’t make out most of what we are saying. We finally got to the window to get our order. My boyfriend’s sandwich was not cooked and I had to switch the sandwich inners around because they messed up both of our sandwiches and switched a few ingredients. This isn’t the first time My boyfriend he and I had an bad experience with this Dunkin. It happens every time.
